Kennel warning !!!!!!

I had a cat that was paralyzed in the rear end. I guess it was from a heart murmur(sp?) that caused a blood clot in the spine which paralyzed the back legs. There was nothing that could be done with it and was pts. I hope it turns out better for your bitch

 

NGK do you know if maybe the dogs could have been on another yard? Maybe being taken care of by someone else while they were in his hands? I don't know if he has a kennel partner or someone he trusts that he might have left the dogs with for a period of time sounds like you really had to track him down so just a guess. If he didn't explain this to you when you got the dogs he might not ever explain it.

 

Sadie, he said that he had them at his house for the first month, moved them to a friends horse stables for a week then took them with him up to a hunting camp. 2 weeks before I went to get them I sent him enough for 2 bags of food so there was no excuse to have starved dogs, it is what it is.

Thier is no excuse if the man had NGK dogs he should have taken great care of them. I dont know the other guys story but it looks plane and simple to me from what I see.That he neglected NGK's dogs very badly.It dont even matter to me if he let someone keep them ,he should have made dam sure those dogs were in great hands.JMO

 

yea if there ppl kids and other around who had nothing to do with it u handled it the right way...sorry they got treated that way no wonder its hard to own a bulldog these days

 

I agree no excuse I was just trying to think of any reason that something like this could have happened. Ultimately though even if they were on another yard he would have checked on them to make sure they were ok. It doesn't matter at this point the dog's were not taken care of and NGK did what any good dog owner would do reclaim his dogs and get them medical treatment.

 

from my experiences taking care of friends bulldogs sometimes 3 at a time, they are crazy easy to maintain when on chain spots. All you do is feed once a day,
top of concrete bowl of water, pet them, stand back enjoy there beauty leave them alone. 10 minutes tops to feed 7 all together and his 3. Poop another 10. Leave them alone so they don't bark up a storm if its late evening. This dude was just after pups plain and simple.

Sadie, That was one of the things the vet was exploring but first things first she had to get put on a drip and what not to attack her infection. She had no vaginal discharge but that doesn't mean anything if the womb closed up, its actually worse. Her teats were swelling and dripping colostrum so he very well may have bred her, I guess thats another question he can answer if he wants to set the record straight here, I have a feeling he will avoid this like the plague after what he did. He has no defense for the treatment of the dogs, hell who would after they come back looking that bad...

Yeah by the looks of her teats it looks like she had a litter not too long ago. Poor girl I hate seeing this it seems like it's always our breed that is grossly neglected she looks so sweet too... Sending my thoughts and prayers your way NGK....

Damn Bro! Life is hard its allways a game test those good times are when you are in keep, The sucky onesare the test. Maybe a member could swing by with a sack of feed and a hand, But as far as the , OP there are two sides and Im not geting in it. The dog could have had a stroke or alot of things that dont matter where she was at. I dont know. But I do know that There is NO dog worth a human. yall get that shit in your heads right now. It sucks that happened and Im sure this will not be the last time yall see something like that in the dogs. No one will care for your dogs as well as you, and hard core dogs need Hard core dogmen, i have dogs on my place you have to go out there and walk the yard 3 or 4 times a day to make sure them devils are not desrtoying shit. A lot of people wont do that.

I agree in theory, but I have come across many people that aren't worth anything, and my pooches have much greater value than those knuckle heads. Your point is well taken, but better written: Vengeance in the name of your pooch is never worth the possibility of giving up your own freedoms just to show him he's a clown. Triple j that's some bullshit. Your trying to tell me both dogs had a stroke or something else happen?? You should know better, buck e has been on this board since the thread started. Did he have anything to say? No cause he knows he's a piece of shit. There usually is 2 sides to one story. But what happens when both sides tell the same story??

When it comes to my dogs or people. I have my family and 3-4 friends. Everyone else I don't know you or care about you. So in essence they can eat a dick.

So were up to $1300 and still undiagnosed, dogs the same.

Still waiting on Buck's side of the story, sure would be alot easier to figure out whats wrong if I knew what happened. As far as the vet is concerned someone kicked the shit out of her and left her in a crate in her own waste, that explains the rotten tail (which will be amputated if i can save her) the rotten sores on her wrists, the missing teeth and the crack in her skull. The 1st thing the Vet asked me after the exam was "Did she get hit by a car or something?" Hopefully after the CT scan ill know once and for all if shes going to be put to sleep or if ill beable to get her walking again.

Why didn't you find out the story when the transfer of the dogs back into your possession took place? I damn sure think you would have noticed if they are in that bad of shape. I mean if one of my dogs are gone and come home, first thing I do is bend over and greet them and look em over. Sorry but there just seems there may be a little more to this story than what's been posted. Honestly I don't give 2 shits about anybody elses dogs. At the end of the day their yours and that's that. It's your responsibility to care for them or make sure they are in the hands of somebody who does. I think there's plenty of blame to go around here. I keep in constant contact with whoever has one of mine. My dogs only go to people I KNOW are going to take care of them properly. Sound like I'm a pain in the ass? You bet I am. That's why a very very small number of people would ever care for my dogs. If they showed back up like that an instant ass beating would taken place. Not this bitching and asking for an explanation on a dog forum.

FWIW Dont pass judgement on the Owens name from this cat. Many of us Owens' are very good people that will go to great lengths to help others. My family comes out of Kentucky. Good ole boys if you will. So surely not related to this dude. God I hope not.

Theirs more to this story than you know but I am sure if I try to explain it you will label it as bitching so why bother. I did notice the dogs were skinny, I did notice they had scabs and scars, Buck helped me tape the bitch in questions tail because it was pissing blood all over. If you would have attacked him under the circumstances then thats you and good for you, my main concern was getting them back alive and getting them the proper care and attention they needed. Judge me however you want I don't care what you may think anyway.

If someone were to start a thread like this about you and your treatment of their dogs as a warning would you A) visit the site and ignore it, B) tell your side of the story or C)pretend like nothing happened in the hopes that it all went away? I dont need to know your answer as I already know what you would do, you would prove otherwise so as not to lose your reputation as a legitimate kennel and expose the poster as a lier. This is exactly what I am asking Buck to do, I WANT him to come on here and tell his side of the story so that I can get to the bottom of the issue and maybe save the dog. If she had fallen or was struck by a car he could clear this all up by saying so but being he has come on here and read it and offered no explaination tells me that something has happened that he is ashamed of, otherwise he would have rsponded.

Ill make this clear one more time, I am warning people about my dealing with Buck E Owens so that they will know his history in dealing with other people and hopefully not end up in my shoes.
