I Hope the second pup is not worse, sounds like you already wasted alot of money.I wouldn't even take a free pup from a guy who already pulled that crap.Honestly wish you the best of luck!Maybe he could keep the dog,and refund your money?

Honestly he should of checked that bite and not sent said dog out. I would think with the internet and all that a person would make the deal right. You held up your end by paying for a healthy non defected dog. You did not get what you paid for. Time for the breeder to eat some money for making the mistake of sending a crooked jaw dog.

I find it hard to think this guy would not make it right.

On that is there any chance that will straighten up as teeth grow? Or is it stuck with that offset sideways bite?

His mouth looks like a bombed out grave yard , which is a shame if you like the pup.A dogs lower jaw tends to move forward has they grow, but from the pics looks like there might be a bit of wry jaw happening.I hope everything turns out for you.
Does anybody know which side of the ped this problem pulls from?

Looks like a bad job on TG part. For the price you pay for his dogs and not be aware it has a bad bite looks bad on him.

If the jaw grows crooked it will stay crooked without being rebroken and set, at this pups age it will only get worse as he ages and if the next set of teeth (which will be bigger) collide as they grow they will also move and become worse. It is a shame...

Very sad indeed. The dog is pretty thing and bred very nice too. :(

Please keep us up to date on what shakes out. More so pics of his bite as he grows. Seems there is somethings to be learned here.

it kinda looks like the dog has a wry mouth one side is growing faster then the other and that will effect the dog !
