Another Attempt at Conditioning

Another Attempt at Conditioning...This year I have 2 main dogs I am showing. Shekinah just turned a year old and Eli will be 1 in April. I am also going to be working with Zion and Anakin later because I do want to take them all to ADBA Nationals this fall....

Today is day one and we are worming and changing over to some raw. Since they are still pups work outs will consist of hand walking, flirt pole and just a tad bit of mill work more or less just keeping them use to the sounds and feel of the mill. Posting up some before pics and will post us some process pics as we go.

What do you guys feel I need to work on with each dog? I think I need to put a little weight on Zion, he is just naturally slim, Anakin is a fatty right now, Eli I feel needs some toning and Shekinah needs some also...Any advice or tips would be very much appreciated:)

    Eli.....

My advice would be keep there diets spot on make sure u feed each individual dog the same amount everyday at the same time you will have to increase or decrease the dog's food intake depending on how they react to there workouts and definitely don't bring them in to thin with there hips sticking out and to much rib

The dogs look really good.I wouldn't change what you are doing with them too much.A swim tank would be something. That would really add some muscle and strength.
What kind of mill do u own slat or carpet?

You own both types of mills.Thats very smart.

I like the slat for cardo, slimming down and burning fat, I like the carpet for building muscle and toning. I start all pups getting use to the mill from the time they are little but never really work them for any amount of time until they are a year or older and no real hard work until about 15 months.
