Finding Littermates

What is the best way to find littermates of my male? The kennel/breeder that we got our dog from 10 yrs ago has long since gotten out of selling dogs.

Our dog is registered through ADBA, so I imagine the rest were as well. Thanks for any answers. :wagtail:

 

If your dog was registered with ADBA, why not see if you can find out who the parents were? Then see their offspring that have the same bitch/stud as your dog.

 

Where do you see the offspring at?

 

I have no idea. I was assuming that you'd be able to on the website because you can register dogs there.
Sorry I can't be more help I've never used the site but I've used other purebred animal registration sites.

 

As far as I know you cant find out shit other than up to a seven gen ped and thats on your dog. No siblings or offspring included. lol Unless maybe I've missed out on it. I thought maybe you were talking about peds online. You cant go by that because not everyone posts peds on there and some info is incorrect.

 

try and get in contact with the breeder i think thats all u can do but i could be wrong

 

Go to onlinepedigrees and see if theyre on there

 

figured getting in contact with breeder was the best bet, they havent breed a dog in 9-10yrs. doubt his dam and sire would be on pedsonline.

 

I doubt that the ADBA will give you any information (at least I would hope they respect privacy). Fedsonline would be a crap shoot at best. The breeder may, or may not share information with you. In this day and time, unless you were good friends with the breeder, I doubt he will be willing to give out information either.
