I'm selling this book for a friend. I've searched the internet and new copies are not being printed anymore. Only books available were in a bad shape and going for $200 dollar.

Probably a lot of people are being high on drugs than. Books that are not being printed anymore become extremely rare... and when a well kept copy comes for sale it usually has it's price.

Versions which are in 'good' condition all go up to the price my friend is asking. And you can see by the pictures of the book is is MORE than in a good shape. You could easily say 'very good' to 'excellent and as new'.
