After a tragic loss I decided it's time to move forward.

Sad day around here yesterday and today with the loss of an entire litter of pups. AGK's M.I.A had to have an emergency c-section to save her life after birthing 2 still born pups and the 3rd pup was breach, too large to pass and not even in the birth canal. They never even got the chance to take their first breaths. After the loss of 2 males, 1 female and $872.14 we are sickened by the events surrounding the circumstances of the situation and infuriated at the Vets involved that second guessed what we new to be true. The only good to come out of this mess is that Mia is doing good and is making a speedy recovery.

I've been wanting to try something new for some time now and decided to roll the dice on something different. Them Boyle's hounds will always be around here but I'd like to venture out from what I know and give this Yellowman blood a shot to show me that the son of Yellowman we embarrassed was not a good representative of the line. Arrangements are in the works to pick up our newest Lil fella and welcome him into the American Gamedog family.

That definitely is tough man. Had that happen to me once before so I know what you went through. Vets are damn expensive! lol Good luck with the new pup tho.

Not really the silver lining just ready to expand and try something new out. My Mia being OK was the silver lining.
Pups are replaceable, Mia however is not.

I had similar thing with my brood bitch ,only one pup survived and she sleeps in my bed for 3 yrs now,yis!
PS. It's all a part of game,sadly!

 

Big things are planned for the pup, yes? Would love to see him one day.

Hi AGK, sorry to hear about the tragic loss. Nice little pup you got there. Hope that Stretch dog in the bottom side of thast ped is still around. I'd be taking my precious Boyle's stuff that kind of Bolio dogs. Speed with crocodile jaws - if you know what I'm saying!!!

 

Stretch is r.I.p. had a seizure a couple years ago.

 

when u read this thread u know the people on here love there dogs it amazes me hiw the hsus and peta and them say that dog men and breeders are crule and trash as people what little they know akg good luck with all your future breedings and nice pup

Sorry to hear. That's a tuff one I was recently talking to a gentleman about a breeding he did where he also had an emergency c section due to one of the pups being xl large huge. He will now plan on scheduled c sections in the future with this particular bitch.. Good luck in the future
