Bro, the first time I did it I ate SH!T. My dog was hauling ass down the street and at the small cross street cars were going by and he wasnt stopping. So I decided to jump off. Ooop! Wrong decision. Man, my feet went I landed on my gutt and he dragged my ass about 4feet. I got up as fast as I fell looked around to see if anyone saw brushed off my shirt and limpped my happy ass back home.

really depends o the goals....if YOU are seriously conditioning the DOG then you want him to pull you wherever you go....it is resistance work....if it is a casual fitness program where YOU and the DOG are benefiting one another then a little of both is OK....if it is a city area, highly populated and it is 'more of a stroll in the park' then he should be taught to walk at your left knee...at the normal human pace it would take a dog many hours per day to reach maximum benefit....it mostly depends on what you and your dog will be doing and the level of conditioning required for your/your dog's goal....US1

Sounds like you don't have a collar or a leash on your dog. Is your dog following you around?
