The premise of using the ADBA standard (or ANY breed standard) in this manner is totally flawed.

Above, it says, "The standard used to identify a PBT is set out in the ADBA's standard of conformation...."

The Standard is NOT used to identify an APBT!!

It is used to judge a dog ALREADY identified as an APBT! The Standard is not used to IDENTIFY the dogs, it's used to judge a dog already known as an APBT against a description of perfection!

And it is only to be used by JUDGES qualified to do so!

    Sheesh!

how can adba have a standard when they register so many pbt of all shapes, sizes, and colors even the bullies are adba if the owner wishes. Imoa i believe they have lost it when it comes to pbt's. DONT REGISTER YOUR DOGS KEEP A PRIVATE LOG, go and be heard at all your local bsl cessions this is the only way we can win. They need to understand all dogs bite. Its how they are raised.

I think they should use this same technique on humans. Look into the prison systems find the look of a criminal and put them in jail when you see them. lol. WTF.

My point is when we relate it to humans they see how it is flawed, and once that realization happens they tend to get aggressive and rude. This is the technique I use to fight BSL.

Here is what I did once when BSL was being considered here.
Went to my local prison (have an inside man) found out the Races of humans that were locked up by their numbers. At this time it was primarily African and Asian Americans. I turned in my findings with a statement that said obviously these people are more dangerous so according to how they want to handle the animals all Blacks and Asians should be imprisoned. Everyone was very quick to disagree but could come up with no logical argument. So use that the next time someone thinks your dog should be put down for simply being.

Thats a good point, it could be seen similar to classism or racism. THE APBT, guilty until proven innocent.
Still the most frustrating part is the chart if you take the time to look at standard protocol

This shot is getting crazy and fast. Hand written peds and bark collars

I know one thing I've had these dogs a long time and don't plan on giving them up anytime soon
