Brian Denny - NOT GUILTY!

Once again, all of his dogs were taken, his name was drug through the mud and he was found guilty of nothing! this is more of the "humane" society's good work.
Man cleared in Orange Co. dog fighting case

JEFFERSONVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A southern Indiana man has been cleared on charges involving a dog fighting bust back in 2009.
A two-year investigation led to the arrest of Brian Denny, but court workers in Orange County tell us he was just found not guilty on all charges.
In Aug. 2009, Indiana state troopers along with the Indiana Gaming Commission and U.S. Marshals served two search warrants in Orange County. Back then, they said they confiscated more than 90 dogs, the remains of dogs and items commonly associated with dog fighting.

man that is awesome that is the fourth man that they have tried to ruin and failed these people are a joke. hopefully people will see that they are just arresting people for no reason and break the law to do so

 

Why is it that in the America when it comes to animals, you can get charged and arrested and have all your animals taken away with out any real hard facts, proof or evidence? I guess we are loosing are civil rights.

They dont care about the outcome of the court case aslong as the dogs are dead and thats the truth!

 

Not just in the US either.

 

if you got a good lawyer you can make sure the dogs live if they are entered into evidence it can not be destroyed.

 

in case of apbt owners it is guilty until proven innocent

 

very true if you have a good lawyer, the problem with that is they often destroy the dogs before you get to pre-trial where you introduce evidence. They say the cost and care was to high why is it then we have murderers and pedifiles in prison who are never coming home yet we spend $$$$$$ a yr to give them life. are they not considerd a danger to the public. if they can take a harmless animal who is kenneled,chianed or living in the house and kill them to get at the owner than they should do the same for the families of victums when a person is a danger. :mad:

 

the money thing really pisses me off if that is the case give them back to the man who was taking care of them alone in the first place

 

im not sure if id rather just have my dogs put down vs being taken care of by a bunch of idiots anyway.
everyone saw the condition Joe Ws poor dogs came back in. i know that sounds awful, but shelter/pound life while the owner gets drug thru the system would have to be the longest days of any poor hounds life

 

they gve u a choice when ur dogs are siezed the city run lb or a private kennel...anyone will work if its a lic faculity. My friend told me this first hand who has the most unfortunate experience with this subject.

 

yeah that man really went thru it over his dogs
seems like there is enough evidence to do something about it but....
