I was going to the store to get a bag of exceed for my dog and they were out of it,and it was the same for the other three stores I went to. Being low on gas I bought a bag of the rachael ray food. After a week of eating that she is losing all her fat. She is a indoor dog so I am not worried about it too much, I was wondering if anyone else is using it and what they think.

Honestly she doesn't even know how to properly contain her dog, so I doubt she knows much about dogs nutrition.

containing a dog and proper nutrition has nothing to do with the other the woman does know about foods and such most chefs can usually tell you what vitamins are in damn near if not everything they cook but hell who knows she probably doen't have anything to do with it besides marketing any way but to the OP nope never heard of it much less tried it i will check it out to see if it is worth a damn really quick though

well it seems it is just over priced and no different from anything you can buy from your local grocery

That is what I thought when I read the ingredients, for that money get chicken soup, Diamond Naturals or Nutro Maxx

Definitely over priced garbage. Corn, soybean, and beat pulp are just a few things I wouldn't feed my dogs that is in her food.

Well I would hope that a person who puts out dog food would seem to know something about dogs. Esp one like herself who is a "pit bull" advocate. I don't like her to begin with so maybe I'm too hard on her :p. And I hate the name of the food, reminds me of the word "delish" that she says..uhh I can't stand her..lol.

  10. Companies that are solely focused on the nutrition for animals is the best way to go when it comes to commercial feed.Someone who dabbles in a bit of everything obviously wont give all their time and resources n2 developing a "top shelf" feed.Although she seems to like our breed, that doesnt mean she is capable of producing an excellent grain for working dogs.I would say its just another way for her to make some money.I've got a bulldog thats about to be 15yrs old!He achieved this old age by good breeding and excellent nutrition. 15. Over priced and over marketed garbage food.

If you want a good premium food go with a non-celebrity endorsed food and instead focus on a company known for its quality - some examples are Innova, Taste of the Wild, Timberwolf, Merrick, and Solid Gold (there are TONS of other brands as well).

I was just wondering about if people have used it, thats it. She is not staying on it.

  17. A friend of mine feeds it to her 4 mini shnauzers and they are nice and fat. But then again they are not working dogs and are indoors all day.

I'd put the food on par with Diamond, but more expensive. I don't know how your dog would be losing fat with a 26/15 food.
