few books for sale

Hey there i`m in the same boat paid the guy 85 dollars back in mid December and still no book have sent hims e-mails and pm`s and got one reply a few wks back and ive seen he`s been on here in the mean time , EXTREMELY PISSED OFF

 

I've paid 150 for this guy and no books!!!!!!

 

LivewireT, I am sorry to tell you are fucked, like I am which also paid for the hollingsworth book and p&p to Greece, unless of course you believe he had two colored copies. As for the person with the following contact details, chavezteresa76@yahoo.com , Concepcion Guido, I wish to find in his/her way whatever he/she plants. As you said, what goes around comes around.

I have reported him to paypal and will hopefully get a refund, i nearly paid the bastard with western union until he actually got smart when i said there wasnt much come back fuck him every action has an equal and opposite reaction

 

I didn't know you can do this with paypal, never had to untill now. I tried to do it today but since I made the transaction on December 14th, older than 45 days, I get a message that they can not do anything. If there is something I miss and somebody could offer advice, then please pm me. Brotherwolf, if you can use my complaint to paypal to help your case, just tell me and I will give you the needed info.

he bought a book from me on ebay
so i thought he was on the up and up
he did say he had 2 color copies of the hollingsworth book
i sell alot of books and have always had satidfied customers
i sent him a bunch of my dvd's and 35 bucks
and have gotten nothing
but i'll keep emailing him
does anyone have his phone number he sent it o me once in a text message but i deleted it

I got the book I ordered from him with no problems at all. Spent over $100 plus shipping and book came in a few days, well packed and like new condition...

Sorry you all did not get the books, he seemed like an ok guy and I had no trouble. Hope you get it worked out and get your books.

 

I was on quest for a hollingsworth colored copy and he send me a pm. Next day he started the current thread and I felt more comfortable to place my order. He gave me a p&p quote at $40 for Greece which I know is a lot plus 100 for the book. I gave him the link to a USPS prepaid postage envelope at $14 and he agreed on that, he also thanked me for this because he had to send to some other countries, Bulgaria, Poland I do not remember and this way he could offer a lower cost p&p. December 14th he received payment and verified it. Around the 12th of January I pm'd him asking what happened and for an id number to check with greek customs etc. On the 14th he replied he would go at the post office the next day to get the id number, I do not know why he didn't kept it first time. On 17th I got another pm that he didn't make it to post office yet, that it was the Martin Luther king jr day and he would go the next day. On the 24th (day 42) I pm'd him once more and I got no answer, since then he visited the forum so he did get my pm. I also think that somebody that knows him probably has already notify him.
I am sorry to say that I am not an optimist any more, since he has a dog and the ped in this forum, I think, then if someone from usa wants to find him through the dog breeder could give it a try, anyway I feel that he can be found through his dog. Except from that and assuming that the members we didn't receive anything are fraud beyond any doubt, what the forum will do? Is there a policy or it doesn't interfere? I do not expect anything, just asking, that is all.

This guy could clear his name real easy,when you send mail overseas you fill out a customs form with a built in tracking number which is printed on the form AND the reciept.This guy should be able to scan the reciept and prove he not a theif.The reciept will also show date mailed and country shipped to.Sorry if you guys did indeed get ripped of!

I made an offer on his Crenshaw book,but he wanted a higher price.If the guy was a total rip-off he could have just accepted the offer.

 

I am not interested in his reasons and ways, like what, he is a half rip-off? in this thread we are 3 people with the same problem, so ...
RRL you are a lucky person, invest some of this money you offered on a treat for your self like a beer or something, it is money you could loose

 

I understand.I ship alot of stuff to other countries and have had packages show up way after 2 months because they were stuck in customs.The worst time to ship is during the holidays.Just pointing out it would take this guy a few seconds to scan you a tracking code.I'm not making exuses for this guy.Was not trying to rub in that I didn't get ripped off...if it came off that way.Hope your stuff arrives,or this guy does right and refunds you.

LILBOOM IS A FUCKING CON MAN END OFF, theres no ifs buts about it he ripped three of us off and anyone saying there could be a delay or making excuses for him is a friend of his or baiting more people to buy from him in the future when he returns , and you do the breed a right justice they say nothing but criminals own this breed where we live well give them more fuel you fucking idiot.

 

Always been real sceptic about ordering from people online.
But have done it now the last year several times and always got what i needed from those peeps.
So i guess it al has to do with who can be trusted, like anything else in this world.
Sometimes you get ripped of sometimes you don't.
But if that guy has nothing to hide, why doesn't he replie to those people who did not get anything ?
Why did he not send them the tracking number ?

 

he didnt send a tracking no because he never SHIPPED THE PACKAGE

 

What form of payment did you guys use? Id only do it through paypal. Any other way would be very risky. Sorry you guys got ripped off.
