The Complete Gamedog by Ed Faron

I just saw a thread on here yesterday talking about this book and the Pit Bull Bible, but now I can't find it at all. I tried talking my girlfriend into getting me the Bible for Christmas, but I think I've got a better shot at The Complete Gamedog because of the price. How do they compare in ya'lls opinion? Also, it seems like I read that somebody had to wait a while for their Gamedog copy. Are they still selling them on the Wildside website? There was a contact number that I will try tomorrow. I just don't want to blindly send a money order ya know. I think a lot of these questions were answered on the thread I read yesterday, but just can't find it. I appreciate any and all answers.

U can send the money to ed he isnt that kind of person to steal ur money its a gud book but the bible is also a great book.

Man I'm a have to scratch that one off the list too. I googled it and found it on the Wildside Kennels website for $54. Guess they went up. The ol' lady was already bitching about that price lol.

 

It is a good book for the library man! worth it if you can. they only get rarer these days.

 

There is now a wildside facebook page beleive it or not and it is ran by Ed and not some wannabe goon. It is updated daily and ed is actually online quite a bit.
Could be an option for a swift response.

 

i have searched for him but did not see ed or wildside. What do i search to find him on facebook ?

 

damn, it went up. i got mine 5 years ago for like 35 bucks including shipping.

both are good, but i enjoyed the complete gamedog more.

I talked to Mr. Faron this morning and he confirmed the book is on sale for $75 until Christmas. I had saw it for $54 but he said that ad was like 3 years old. According to him, he will not be getting anymore printed after he sells out of these and after Christmas they go up to $150. Thanks for all the responses!

Get the book from Ed he has owned alot of dogs. Its a good book plus he was actually a dogman at 1 time not some wanna be like cali jack!

 

Ed also peddled the hell out of some dogs,hell the guy didnt even know that Vader had a brother in mexico throwing down,that goes to show how many he peddled,he couldnt keep up with what he was putting out.
I wouldnt buy either his or Jacks books.
But if your choice is either from a peddler or a smart ass that copies everything,save your money and buy a book by a real dogman at better prices.
Or hell,buy bobs book. You will save money and headache.

 

What is Bob's book? I've decided against buying the other two (Bible and Complete Gamedog) because of the price. I'm not saying it isn't fair, I'm just saying that it could go towards better stuff ya know.
