He is always on that chain ? It's a matter of time and it will break and you have yourself a kennelaccident ...

with the correct set-up, this is a false statement.

if i were you, i'd get a second caribeaner (sp?) and latch it on in the opposite direction of the first one. i've had one go bad by itself; use two or a quick link with loctite.

    good looking dog, btw.

He is always on chain. I change the "setup" every two weeks or more often. Still I didnt finde any that he wont breake up. He is a master of getting of the chain. If you have any that are working pls let me know. The one that are normaly used in Poland (in big kennels with many dogs) didnt work out with him, so I am buying this and just change it very often. And untile now it is working when I do so... I have only two dogs and I can always let one to run free, they are not comming near each other. They can also walk together. I had like 10 different chain setups with him... I would like to finde one that works. I dont have such problems with my other dog.

get you a "s" hook, pliers or a hammer will fasten it easily, those "c" clamps WILL fail you oneday, i dont mean to sound like aknow it all, but Ive seen it happen, its not like the bolt attachment is a nylon threaded bolt, so it wont stay, and the caribiner can be replaced with a typical bullsnap with a swivel, good lookin dog too

Yes, now he is all ok ;-) But still always hungry and eats whatever he can get ;-) He was very happy lately, becouse I gave them a lot of food, so they get some fat for winter... and now he looks like a pig ;-)

A bigger swivel, and double "s" hooks hammered down around the swivel and an o-ring worked for me.

He looks great, nice and happy!
