    pitbulls & parolees

    Does anybody watch this show ? The new season starts tonite ! And what are your thoughts on the show ? Good for the breed or bad ?

    idk know if its good but they do portray how OTHERS cant take care of the breed, i mean yeah its good that they're savin the breed but come on ur one group of good guys tryin to make a good name while there still alot that r doin the opposite. they r just showing the world what they already see and know and that is ignorant people doin ignorant things

    At least someones trying to do something good for the breed...And ofcourse you could burn her down for whatever reason you see but she IS trying...

    I just have mixed feelings on the whole pit bull rescue thing in general. Most are bullies from crappy owners, then they're rescued by naive soccer moms most of the time, it's a vicious cycle that keeps getting the pit bull into the news.

    Of course I don't want to see every pit bullesque dog in a shelter euthanized either, so I'm conflicted.

    I just wanna know why this nutcase can hoard 200+ dogs and be applauded, whereas brows are raised if the average fancier feeds more than 10.

    I have watched a couple of episodes and the only thing I see positive is how she does seem to enforce that they may always posses DA in them. Other then that the show is just entertainment thrown with a pit bull name. Half of those dogs are huge bully look a likes so another misleading factor to continue feeding the ignorant public on what an actual apbt is. I will say it's probably less bs inflicted compared to PIT BOSS.

    apparently these dogs are great for selling ad space. it's all about the money. where are the greyhound rescue shows??? oh wait, there aren't any.
