THE PROBLEM IM SEEING is dumb ass's breeding for the tightest jeep peds , i seen them super tight dogs in action & they are not half the dogs they could be ! over inbreeding & bad breeding has ruined alot of the jeep blood , their is alot of great stuff out their , here's what i know for a fact that i have seen a good line bred jeep x RBJ or halls or BOYLES blood is PRODUCIING some the best in todays game ! just because your not seeing them dont mean their not their ! it just means you dont know the right people ! i know what im talking about my partner has some of the best tightest bred jeep/floyd blood their is !!!!!!BUT ONLY when a out-cross is made seems to making the best results !!! jeep dogs have had their day as did colby. The future is "patricks" with buck and red alert. The same could be said for "woods" with yankee. Why not mention silver from "sorrells" and "hammonds" with his rufus dog. All these great dogmen were american but the future is less clear.

Feed your dogs and if they cross the line thats all thats required. I would have any of the above rather than one from crenshaw or his jeep!

Jeep is the foundation of a great many yards granted but he was the most highly bred stud dog so that figures........but he is not the basis of EVERY yard. His blood has been crossed better than pure. If jeep is the bedrock of the game then i guess anyone running other blood is a fool.

I disagree with a bloodline per se.....better individual dogs have been selected and are producing results, thats just a fact. If any other stud was used as widely they could of achieved a higher %. But jeep has gained popularity that is more mythical than legendary.

Unless the owner didn't want to let anyone else have his blood but that is clearly not the case with any of the lines you've mentioned so here's my question: If Patricks, Hammonds, Sorrells, ect. Had a dog that could out produce jeep, why didn't they. Answer...........they couldn't.

you would be a fool not to breed a dog that produced like jeep. ain't nobody saying that blood is the basis of every yard. what bloodline is better "pure" ? statistics don't lie crosses are what produce the top ROM dogs & grch. if you look at jeeps breedings lots were repeat breeding & folks used what they had off him. why because they were winning & produceing more good dogs. nothing is mythical he was a 4x that produced lots of good dogs that produced lots of good dogs. those are the facts.
