Can anyone tell me what it costs to get a health cert. in North Carolina.

not sure about NC, but on average its just the cost of an office visit. its about $30 here in TN

It was 35$ about four years ago when I had one shipped from there.

 

It is usually about the cost of an office visit, not sure what those run in your area though sorry!

 

is it the first time the dog has been to vet?for mine here in fla,i had to pay 80 per visit for 3 visit,just for boosters to get mine

 

Thanks all for your replies. We are shipping a dog from NC to Canada and it needs a healt cert. to cross the border. Proof of shots etc. We pay $30 here and have been quoted $60 so I just wanted to know the average cost.

kera5, you know I had not thought of that. Could be that's why it's a little higher than what we pay.

We've been dealing with this man for years and have had many a good dog from him. I was just curious as to why it was double what I'm used to and I think kera5 may be right.

Just flew a dog out 4 weeks ago and the health cert was $12, that's in rual Mo. total visit was $17 that included a DHLP booster
