I like to buy protection signs to my yard.

Area protected by Pitbull or something like that.

i use to have a " forget the dog beware of owner" sign i think i picked it up at the hardware store.

signs whit Pit Bulls im not too sure you will find them? or why you would even want one, many house have been cleaned out because the owners apbt would rather play then protect a property lol.:dogkiss:

Just what I need

 

Going to bring you more headache than enough, But don't take my word for it.

 

One member had their homeowner's insurance cancelled when then insurance agent saw a beware of dog sign on their yard. Add pitbull to that and, if they don't cancel, they may RAISE your rates.

 

I had a sigh that said "Guard dog on duty " and this sigh saved me in Az. It save me almost 106 years...... Plus 10,000 because my dog killed the police German Shepherd and how they came up with that number is the Schutzhund Training cost them 10,000. And to top it all off They went to the wrong house !!!!! So the best dog i ever had "DIED" Because of a mistake.....

 

But that Sigh saved me......

 

In my opinion....stay away from the sign. Have like a pitbull crossing sign or something along those lines. I have a "guard dogs on duty" sign...tucked away in my garage.

 

god forbit one of them dogs gets loose and snatches a a shitzu up, or even a kid. then when AC comes to your house and see's that shit its a wrap!

but fuck it along with all the other shit thats damaging the dogs, this prolly wont even matter what you decide.

buy what you want, its your property, your dogs, & your potential lawsuit.

 

I have always heard to never put a "Guard Dog on Duty" or "Beware of Dog" sign on your fence. I've been told if anything happens, the court can turn it around and say the signs were you admitting knowledge of a dangerous/vicious dog in your yard. Instead if you want people to be aware of the dogs in your yard, put up a "Dog on Premise" sign. That way you can say trespassers were made aware of the dog's presence, but there is no admission of potential viciousness.
