He is 7 weeks old, weighs about 6lbs. I got him yesterday and guessed what to feed him (throughout 3 feedings he got 1/2 can of pedigree puppy food and 2 handfuls of Purina puppy chow). Should I feed him more or less? He eats it all, but I know sometimes dogs eat until they puke so Im just wondering. This is the first puppy Iv had.

very poor quality food. But anyways, there is no exact answer as dogs have different rates of metabolisms. So just feed what the bag says and if your puppy is becoming fat, then feed less. if it is getting skinny, feed more. till you find the "correct amount" that makes your puppy at a good weight.

I would get a good quality dry food formulated for puppies and then just moisten it with water to make it soft for the dog. It is better than any canned food.
