I wonder if that applies to Canadian orders. I don't think I paid extra when I ordered his book. I hope a postal money order is still ok for me as stupid Money Mart here doesn't do American money orders anymore. :confused: I can't recall what I sent for the book, whether it was a postal money order or a bank draft. Hmmmm....

Canadian Postal Money Orders are OK. Just have them made out in US funds.

The turnaround time is pretty quick. Ed sends out the shirts/books as soon as he receives the M.O.
