Got the papers, no puppy

We are looking for the man who sold us this Culp dog...

The pup has been paid for and we have received the transfer of ownership but the seller seems to have gone awol. It would be in his best interest to contact us ASAP as I don't really want to have to send someone looking for him.

did you get it from elliots pit bulls? i checked out their site and theres nothing there

 

We did NOT purchase the dog from Elliott's but the paper work does come from them.

We bought from B. K. we won't post his name yet but if the situation is not fixed soon he will be branded.

People are looking for him, he should really give us a call before things get worse.

P.M. any info you might have please. I don't want this to get ugly, I'm just looking for some help.

How long have y'all been at it?

 

3 plus weeks since the pup was supposed to be delivered at the border.

 

yeah, i'd be pissed.

 

UPDATE!

We have had contact from the person who sold B.K the pup. They told us that, about a month ago, while at B.K.'s house, they found out that all the dogs were sold because of a divorce and that the dog we "purchased" had been re-sold locally.

We now have papers for someone else's dog.

B.K. lived in Lima, Ohio.

So if anyone knows of someone who bought a chocolate colored puppy with white socks on all 4 legs, about 4 1/2 months old, without papers, in that area, you have our dog or we have your papers.

Either way, we are looking to resolve this issue and any help would be appreciated.

We are contacting the ADBA with the information. Want to make sure that nobody tries to register this dog without the proper paperwork.

bdub, the price was decent, unfortunately the seller wasn't. Maybe that should have been our first clue. He's got people looking for him and he will show up sooner or later, you can count on that!

ElJayBee, thanks for the good luck, it seems we might need some of that.

The breeder who sold Mocha to B.K. has generously offered to hook us up with some of that same blood so all is not lost.

You will never guess who just called!

We were given a plausible explanation for why there was no contact and he has promised us our money back.

Thank you for your help and lets hope this is the end of it.
