Boudreaux and Redboy Lines never existed???

In my hypothetical mind I was wondering where would the state of this breed be or would it even be to the level that it is now if the Boudreaux nor Redboy lines had never been established being that in almost everything modern dog in todays era has one or the other in it somewhere in the pedigree

 

fuck yes they would be around. they were here before floyd was into dogs the jury is out on redboy don't really know if bass bred him or not. but they were around before his time as well. i believe most of floyd stuff was from corvino, jt calluer(sp),hinzel,tudor so you can see it's a team effort from the core.

 

yeah and I also understand that Tudor and Henzil were like the biggest ppl of that era I mean correct me if I'm wrong and I'm not trying to discredit Mayfield, Corvino, Colby, nor Teal but Dibo set the base for so many lines of today in some way

 

IDK there were a lot of dogs producing bulldogs back then. i guess the best folks to give a good answer on this would be IM & knightmare they been around a long time could give some good input on this.

 

true, i cant say who would've stepped up to the plate but thing is ppl still would've been breedin and cullin.

 

For every famous dogman you've heard of there their are many more that stayed low key and still produced good solid bulldogs that can compete with the best of them in fast lane compitition, some just never got their lime light, while both lines have made their foot mark in the game, if they didn't step up to the plate, someone else most likely would've. The dogs were here way before Floyd or Teal or Pat or whomever else you can name so with out say, Eli or Redboy, the dogs would still be around.....Just not those ones.......

 

what about colby? that may be another story right?
