pretty fucked up for the law to arrest her for something like that, but the lawsuit is ridiculous

 

the ridiculousness of living in a big city,where the school's are even too lazy bitch at a kid,they have them arrested and waste money by doing that and taking her to court,wonder how much that cost the taxpayers??

 

The child should have known better in the first place, But obviously she wasn't taught to respect other peoples property at home. Now for her to be arrested for it is just insane, And while I am not one for frivolous lawsuits when your dealing with the city or state that is all they understand, I bet you will be hard pressed to find a school not learn something from this.

 

She got arrested for writing on the desk using an erasable marker. They just made an example out of her to scare the kids LOL.




I hope they lose the lawsuit... AND therefore will also lose money.. (the lawyer fee's)


I hate _______'s who sue.
