Grass?

Why does my pitbull Eats grass? I hear its due to worms and the grass supposed to coat her stomach but I worm her I dont understand?:dogstare::dogstare:

 

animals graze, its what they do. wifes tail has it they eat it to make themselves puke, but i heard on here awile back that was a wives tail and they eat it for the same reason a cow does.

 

my dog is the same "problem" eat grass but no stop... your dog is very intense-nervous?

I Love Pitbulls and right now I only own Two, One from a pup the other from a guy who couldnt take care of Her but I would like to Start up my own Yard, already preparing room for them, I walk my dogs three times a week and sometimes more. I would like to learn more because I dont want to be like the back yard breeders I know, Any advice will help and Im looking for A male and female atleast 5mo no older. (M I N A O!!)

wtf????? but my dogs started to eat a little grass when spring started lmao... like 2 weeks ago and everything became green

 

My dogs eat grass quite frequently, as do a ton of other dogs. Some throw up after eating it, some do not. It was a commonly asked question by tons of clients at the vet office I worked at. IMO, they just like the taste and/or feel of it. Doesn't really mean anything when they decide to eat it.

whats funny is when they empty out and a strand is half out the manhole, they hold the # 2 position and look at you. you either pull it out for them in front of other people in embarrassment or walk him/her the rest of the way with his/her ass dragging on the floor trying to empty out every 5 feet. ughhhh....

but yeah zoey seemed to be fussing over grass when she was an older puppy mainly, I think she just enjoyed to grab and pull off a chunk while she was in a hyper mode running wild. I don't believe she had the actual desire to eat the grass but rather play with it in some sort of way, she may have swallowed one here and there but the rest was just here being crazy.
