stillwater still in business??

I have been trying to place an order for the last couple of days, but dont get an answer. I realize they have lives and could just be busy, but does anyone know if they are still selling their products?

F**K stillwater,i left numerous messages, and emails with no response.It wasn't like i wanted 2 collars either,i said i wanted at least 20 and i also inquired about a few other things.This was few months back,still haven't gotten a response.O'brian kennel supply is who i would recommend,his prices are a little higher i believe?.But damn at least they are willing to answer the phone, and run a business properly.

 

Strange. talked to him not long ago, and got my stuff within a week of ordering.

 

My experience: If you order via a paypal link from an option on the site, you will get your order within a week, no problem. However, if you email them a question or would like to combine items.... good luck hearing from them.

 

I believe he is a member on here, and I'm sure he'll have something to say about all this negativity. Say what you want, I got my on time and the collars he puts out are second to none. I've gotten a few things from Obriens as well and they are very nice but wait till Tuesday to call cause they're out of town this weekend. Talked to them today. Personally I like stillwater's collars better but obriens has some really good hardware and accessories. Both treatted me right.

 

Have you tried calling his phone number?

I got 8 collars and some hardware yesterday so yeah he's definately still in business..
call the number and leave a voicemail

 

he does offer impressive equipment for a great deal. personally i like his older collars better than whats on the site now though.

I never had any of the old ones but those 2" 4 ply collars with the Velcro ends..... awesome. And you can't find anything at any pet store for the price he's given. I agree with whoever said pick up the phone.

 

I could not reach him over the phone but he returned my e-mail right away. Got my stuff about 8 days later thru paypal...Allways worth the wait good stuff.

 

gotten may collars and leashes, never an issue, but in Canada it takes 2 weeks for anything from the states, he will fill your order,

if you know what you want, place an order on the site, pretty sure that's what its for,

never had an issue, but you were told he is most likely out of town, 100 texts or emails and calls , don't accomplish much other than aggravate!

if you know what you want order it!!(online), don't bother with the phone calls, and trash talk,

he's been fair and friendly with a lot of folks here!
