what is good bloodline to get ?~?

of course first he gon be my buddy and trying to learn about shows or weight pulling. im trying to learn about it. YES I AM DOING MY HOMEWORK before im gon' buy a dog dont worry people =]

 

A word of advise, in this game you will learn very quickly that a hard head makes for a soft ass. Don't do your homework son, and you will soon know what I mean.

 

Don't get one yet, if you gotta ask then u aint did enough research yet my friend.
browse the forum for a couple weeks, use the search button, purchase the recommended books, read them... then decide if you're ready.

you can buy your pup whenever you want you got plenty of time to learn about weight pull as it grows and being this not your 1st dog im sure you know how to care for one

If you're really not sure about what to get...just check out some of the books listed in a few of the threads.

You really can't go by what people say and especially if you haven't seen the type of dog in person. Most bloodlines are different and sometimes meeting up people locally can also be helpful.

I'm new around here too but it was helpful digging through old posts& searching to gather more info. I've noticed that folks on here will guide you but you wont be spoon fed on exactly which spots to go for the dog you want. I still feel as if the amount of info and different perspectives is overwhelming (so many bloodlines!).

OP, which ones do you like so far?

 

Go to the ADBA or UKC web sites and read the standared for the breed. Because there is a whole other type of pit out there that isnt really a pit, some breeders call them " Bully pits, Pocket pits but they arent pits. They are what breeders and show people call overdone". If this is what u want then fine, but look around, ask questions and what ever u do dont buy one from someone on the side of the road. Most of the sellers that do this dont care about the dog or breed or even if you are going to give it a good home. MONEY is all they care about.:dogkiss:
