If you were staying with this line of dogs which one would you rather have a pup out of for a stud dog between....
RENO VS GIZMO And why, if you have one please Post

 

i like the dogs a real lot bred down from reno ... a dogman told me he didn't i think he said it had something to do with reno beeing so many times ,,,never had the chance to work or see gizmo dogs i'll have to resurch some can someone paste up gizmo's ped?

 

i would go with gizmo personaly. there are more pure gizmo dogs then reno bred dogs around. i had heavy cowboy stuff & it live up to the family avg of the bullyson dogs. imo reno successes was in big part due to spacecowboy. the reno stuff i had wasn't that heavy in reno blood but were heavy boltaction good solid bulldogs. i like them both but would pick a gizmo dog over a boltaction dog.

 

Which Reno and Gizmo?

I currently own 1 dog down from Reno. He is in the 5th generation and I like him. I have had alot of Gizmo dogs. Gizmo is in the 2nd generation of the dog in my avatar. here is her ped: http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/public/printPedigree.php?dog_id=41139

I don't think you can go wrong with either Reno or Gizmo. It's just who your getting them from and who the breeder is.

 

What % does a dog need to be to be considered a certain dog? Both dogs you posted had alot of influences in them, so many that I'm not sure I would call those gizmo dogs. Thats just my opinion.

As far as the OP, I like Maverick, so I would go with reno. Besides I've heard great stuff about the reno blood and it meshes well with what I run.

 

Well the one is 25% Gizmo and he is in the 2nd generation. So I would say quite a bit of an influence for her. I do agree with you though. Being 25%, there is still alot of other influences.
