Should blue dogs be thrown out of ADBA?

with the number of real, game dogs being so far down from what it was 3 years ago the ADBA sure as hell isnt going to give up the american bully/blue BS cash cow (pun intended)

thats true mabe they should start require a dna test? this would tell wouldnt it? i mean really they should just register them as a different breed and that would solve the problem all together and the registeries can have their cake and eat it to

 

Jelet so I guess Rex should be thrown out as well since he had Demodectic mange. Since it is a genetic fault correct? And will have offsprings with a genetic fault.

just for clarification, back in 1977 a man in Albuq. NM started breeding blue pits, his name was Bud Klink, and his first male was Klink's Blue, and believe me this dog was a pitbull and nothing else.
so somewhere along the line other people screwed up his pitbulls with other stuff. so my recollection of blue dogs were true pitbulls, if you follow what i am saying.

The dogs on the bottom side, the unknown. I am pretty sure they came from a man who lived in Dallas. Bobby Short. He had some good dogs that threw a blue every once in a while.

the apbt isn't bred FOR color and every color that has always been there and that doesn't pose a true threat to their health shouldn't be "thrown out" or refused registration of the dog.

should you breed blue on blue? definately not, but I don't see anything wrong with registering blue APBT

 

Game dogs come in all colors. One Gr. Ch. match dog came from a litter of 5 that included a blue dog. Some say he was a better dog than the Gr. Ch.

 

My thoughts good dogs are where you find them. When I get a dog color is the furthest thing from my mind. People want to harp on blue dogs but guess what American Bullies come in many other colors.

Would I specifically go looking for a blue dog. Probably not. The one I have fell into my lap. And I would not trade him for the world.
