postman i use to think like that about breeding to a gr ch or ch but that doesnt meen shit because most dogs rarely reproduce themselfs, and i heard luther jr was a hell of a bulldog and if he didnt pass at a young age im sure he would of made ROM easly and he probally still can.

Luther jr was not bred a gazilion times he doesnt even have a full page on peds online offsprings list. None of the paz dogs has alot of offspring on peds online compared to dogs that were considered top producers.

Forget about the dog and the way he is bred...if Super Kennels is using him as stud believe me he is a good one!

I'd rather breed to something that's been walked down the rode and back 3, 4, 5 times rather something that has not...just my own personal preference. Unless I know the dog and the strain personally, going out to breed to somebody else stock as such, is just a huge crap shot...I agree it's rare or very hard to reproduce a gr ch or ch but why decrease the odds by breeding to something that isn't even at that level? Just my own personal preference based on experience...I've bought stuff and they said this and that about it and it was straight garbage with pretty papers.

Hey to each his own...I don't know you, you don't know me...don't know where I've been or what I've done. I don't do peds online, don't post peds and definitely don't peddle...a POR is not a proven producer, a POR is a dog that has produced dogs that have made ROM..his offspring are the one's that are producing, like his sire that is a ROM and a Ch, so if you're looking for brood dogs and pretty papers versus show dogs the choice is up to you lol.....so my point exactly is "again" there are better options maybe even one of his offspring lol....I'm just saying, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

p.s. You said you'd rather breed to what produced him....well his sire is a Ch!!!

Didn't know the dog was rip, so breeding to him isn't an option so I would say in regards to your original question...if you're looking to get something off of him or down off of him it all depends on what you're looking for to sum it up in a few words. Good luck

You wont get show dogs out of tight breedings with most lines...thus is why it makes sense why the breeding that produced his sire produced the show dogs it did...I have nothing against the dog either or the line itself. If you look at the breedings down off luther jr specifically the ones that produced show dogs you'll see exactly what I'm talking about...
