nice mill but it appears to be way to fast for the dog if that makes any sense. it seems like your dog could get hurt if it went from a full out sprint to just a jog or walk.

 

He controls the speed himself, its powered by him not a motor and when he runs and stops suddendly the mill responds, besides im always supervising to assist or remove him should that be required

 

Hey Ausapbt how's the mill holding up

 

the mill is holding up great, tonka runs it about 15mins 3-4 times a week as part of his excercise regime,

the only issue ive had is the rubber belt was slowly stretching so i un did it and brought a 25meter roll of piano hinge and joined every slat together with the hinge.

I have the rubber still attached but the hinges as added security from snapping and they also ensure no more stretching.

Very happy and going well

 

nice vid. looks like it's workin out well for you and tonka is enjoying it. i wish i had a place to put a mill (and the money to purchase one, lol)
