best offspring of hank IMO, also one of the best producing bitches in history IMO also (particularly when bred to cherokee cheif). produced Reno, bolt action. backbone of the boyles stuff.

Thanks guys, So I guess boyles would be what I'm looking for. Hank sure looks similar to that Dendy dog from the balkans.

 

I was told Hank was known as the dog nobody wanted, he exchanged hands many times during his campaigning days, he won but his owners wern't ever very impressed with him so they would sell him right after the match (I think I was told he was sold twice to to 2 different guys who loss to him). Can you imagine how pissed off people were when he started putting all those good dogs on the ground. I would be kicking myself to know I owned the dog and sold it to later find out he had a golden rooster....lol

 

mac11 if you want that stuff there's a few folks in fl that have dogs down from C.A.K boomerang / hank stuff. not sure how pure it is but there around.

 

nickname was hank turner, i heard he would turn all night but wouldn't quit. i heard good things bout the ones down from liltte boots.

 

same here, I heard he would try and sell him before and after every show but nobody wanted him. Dont quote me on this but I think captain america owned him last and he died on his yard.

 

Damn, i wasn't too familiar w/ the little boots stuff, i'm seein 2 Ch's, 2 Gr Ch's, and two or three 1xW and 2xW'ers directly of him (and that's just whats online). :eek: seems like a hell of a producer, i'm suprised he wasn't bred more often.
