I usually will just agree with whatever the person says, if they think it's a boxer just agree with them and tell them it's one of those new rare gatormouth blue boxers, they'll be non the wiser and it's not usually (at least for me) in my best intrest to correct or educate people who really could care less to begin with, Plus, once you tell them what the dog really is, they will just typically B*tch up with fear anyways. JMO. I will almost always say mine are mutts and I don't know from what kind of dogs when I'm asked what kind of dogs they are. I started to do this once I got tired of constantly defending my dogs and the breeds temperment as a whole.:cool:
Although you do have one perdy boxer....lol j/k, anyone with half a brain cell can tell that dog aint no Boxer.
I had a little boy, maybe 4 or 5 year old kid that walked up to me and my daughter when we were walking Koda last night, that was telling me all about his aunts 2 pitbull/mastiff dogs and how they were the real deal. I just laugh and say ok, good luck with those, now move it along:rolleyes:....lol

 

Thank you all for the comments. I never really worry about people but lately it seems stupid is running rampant here. I've had some argue with me about her being a "Pit Bull." No matter what she's great dog.

She is scatter bred. Her top half looks great (to me) Colby, and Sorrell. Unfortunately it takes the bottom half also to make a dog, all CKC dogs on the bottom and I can't find any that are double registered or even a lazy owner that just avoided any good registries and went with CKC on a whem.

I get asked all the time what breed mine is. I just say yep its a dog. its better that way.

nice build and marking... overall beautiful dog. imo. looks nothing like a boxer but i have had the same problem before from people that just dont know any better

 

My apbt Pluto gets "lab mix" all the time. My alpaha blue blood bulldog Blue gets "bad ass pit":confused: What a world. lol

I've always told people who asked, my dogs were mixed. I figured if they had to ask they didn't need to know. I wouldn't need to ask about yours.

I breed boxers for conformation. If any of my pups looked like this I would be whooping someone's @ZZ for letting the pitty boys out with one of my boxer girls in heat. She is a pretty girl so don't be insulted by my comment. BUT SHE IS NOT A PRETTY BOXER! PPl r so dumb! Ruby:cool:

 

Man I get that shit all the time some people just don't have a clue. Granted my dog is brindle but he is not a boxer.

Not insulted here. I like to keep them pure in that aspect. I can respect any well bred dog of it breed setting or meeting a set standard.

Yes it is. It is a 2 inch with velcro to keep the end from flapping. It had two brass keepers but the damn wife though they were places to attach his tie out and he torn them off. I said to her after the first F'in one he broke you didn't get the clue. Sometimes she kills me lol.

 

lol, just today I had someone ask me if one of my 10 week old brindle APBT pups was a Rottweiler! :eek: I've never seen any brindle long tailed Rottweilers - have you? I didn't say anything & my husband told him the breed & just said "Yeah, at that age it's hard to tell" (the guy was a customer, we had to be nice). lol.
