weight pull, hog hunting, walking, running, springpole, & I'm also in the process of getting another pup certified for therapy work! She passed her TTwith flying colors, easily got here CGC, & I'm looking to a bright future with her in this different line of work so I'll let y'all know how it goes. My end result is to travel to local schools and dog dog/child safety. :)

Why congrats on a CGC? A CGC isn't hard to get at all. Most dogs can walk in, take a CGC and pass with no training at all. Hell, all three of my dogs could have passed it blindfolded. I don't understand why more people don't do it. Especially the people who are always like promote the breed, do good by the breed, I'm so sick of BSL...blah blah blah yada yada yada

We do obedience, weightpull, springpole, bicycling and lots and lots of walking.

    “Why congrats on a CGC?”
Probably because, most will never get nor receive one!

“A CGC isn't hard to get at all.”
Then what’s your excuse, for not having one?

“Most dogs can walk in, take a CGC and pass with no training at all.”
You have no clue, what you’re talking about. There are plenty that fail it, numerous times before passing. Just recently have you even been able too retake it, once you’ve failed. Which I personally don’t think they should of changed the rules.

“Hell, all three of my dogs could have passed it blindfolded.”
You sure do like too assume! If it is so “easy”, why doesn’t any of your dog’s have their CGC then?

Congratulations on your CGC, Miakoda! Nice to see someone actually doing something more, than peddling, and/or letting their dog/s rot on the end of a chain. Keep up the good work! :D

a lot of swimming at the beach inlet on the river side against the strong current! and i mean strong current, i can't even swim against it hardly and i'm a lifeguard! running on the beach, running beside fourwheeler. springpole. chasing cats...usually only our cat, and my female who chases him only wants to play..they play all the time, but by the looks of her running at him you'd think she wants to kill him. carrying a truck tire around and pulling it out of the pond filled w/rocks and water and mud. and pretty much everything else listed on the pole. i havn't done therapy work yet...but one of my females has been done the TT and also passed w/a 99.something percent..

I trained my male to go get things for me when i'm too lazy to get up, for example... The remote, my shoes, a pillow, ect. I figure if he gets me 10 things a day then that's 150 calories burnt away. The only problem is that I might get fat.......:)
