New Break Sticks I Made

Made a couple new Break Sticks, to keep one at each dog house, and one in the shop.
they turned out pretty good.

Used a belt sander and band saw, had a dremil to do the finger grips, and a drill for the rope hole.

Used 1'' thick Plastic I had here, not sure what it was from.

Yeah the rope comes in handy when your hands are sweety and wet from going threw the bush, the grip is more for my comport lol, gets them off the coyotes in a jiffy tho!

I should try one with a de-fanger on the bottom of the grip end. I have seen them on the net. a while ago. looked funny tho, but can't hurt to try it out anyway , if you don't like it , cut the de-fanger off

I just got a lil mig. whelder for the mills yesterday too. going to try that out have to but a twist in plug tho ....it came with a different plug than i have on my wall, but it is wire fed which is nice!!!

dam i needed some of those when I had 3 dogs running in my yard. 2 of them really hated each other, maybe cause they were brothers. NIce making i shall make one just incase.

a good place to get poly cutting boards is from harbor freight. they make good sticks. only one broke being used by a muscle head

Do you have a pick of the material your speaking of?

 

what can be used aside from wood to make break sticks? My Split aces breaks the wood ones.
