I'll always have a Great Dane around.

other than that, I wouldn't mind owning a Doberman, Patterdale, South African Boerboel, or a scott/working type American Bulldog.

 

English Mastiff, Beagles, Black and Tan Hounds, I hope to get a Boodhound maybe one day!:rolleyes:

 

I have a little bit of everything,from coonhounds,stockdogs,APBTs and even an ankle biter or two,LOL I really like certain things about all of them but the biggest surprise I had was when my wife wanted a Boston Terrier,didn't think I'd like them at first but I've got a couple that just go non stop.

 

I got a boston for my girl, and she is a beast too.

 

All the Cur breeds (Mountain Curs, Catahoulas, Black Mouths, etc.)!!
Plotts
Tree hounds (Blueticks, Walkers, etc.)
Border Collies, McNabs, Kelpies, English Shepherds
Staghounds, Lurchers, any good running hound
American Bulldogs if you can find one good enough
Patterdales, Jagdterriers

There's not a working dawg alive I don't like

 

I have a cane corso and a PB/catahoula mix and a malinois foster. I am also taking care of my ex's olde English bulldogge and Bull terrier while he is deployed. The BT is probably the stupidest dog I have ever met.
My dog trainer breeds working boerboels and competes with them in ARBA shows. She also has a Fila. They are badass.
You can get a OFA checked, healthy, stable filas relatively cheaply. Much cheaper than presas and cane corsos. There is a lot of unstable, nervy, dysplastic CCs out there because they were a fad breed and puppymills picked up on them.
I love American Bulldogs, and I wouldn't mind having a mini BT(stupid and nutty is much more fun in a small package). A bandog would be cool too.

 

I've got an Akita at home. She's wonderful, I'll always own these two breeds. Akitas and APBTs are where its at for me. Can't beat em.

 

Never gave it alot of thought but I would likely get a boxer, a Rhodesian, a healthy Great Dane, or a Doberman. I had the neatest little Rat Terrier in the world. She would tackle anything and was sooooooo smart.

 

Oh yeah, I forgot - my family loves their Molossers.

My boyfriend's mother has an English Mastiff - he is just over a year old now and this dog is hell on wheels.

Cute as hell, but holy shit he can do some damage. When his tail gets going its high enough that unlike a pit you don't get hit in the knees. I've had my boyfriend fall to the ground holding his "man parts" several times due to a well placed tail wag from this dog.

Don't even get me started on the drool either - and when it comes down to it he is the biggest baby ever. You pet this dog the wrong way and he yelps.

 

Wouldnt mind a cattle dog or an Akita. . had an Akita once. She was great except had been abused by children and couldn't get over it.

But- I'd never have an akita as a house dog again. The fur is too much for me. I prefer the short haired dogs lol.

I don't think I'll bother with another breed though. . . I cant imagine wasting feed on one when I can just feed another APBT.

 

I would like to get a Vizsla, Ridgeback, and a Belgian Molinois someday.

 

I'd love to have a Airdale Terrier & Jack Russell Terrier from working lines.

 

I've got a yorkie... only had him a few weeks but really like his big dog attitude and limitless energy..lol Liked him ALOT better before saturday morning when I woke up to a mini lion... My husband decided to give him a haircut...
