I agree if you want to shut it down, it's up to you and what's best for you. If it's just not working out for you, you have to do whats best for you. It's a nice site. I like just you being the moderator, too.

 

Man i love this site like my dogs! and my dogs for one have a whole new lease on life since i stumbled upon it!!!

There is a lot that has nothing to do with bulldogs, being talked about on it as well. As long as it is in it own thread category all the better but trash talk should be takin to the PM'S, leave the educating forums informative, not like a witch hunt for the next victim!.

and that's your God Given Right but man this is the pitbull encylapedia, were would you personally of been without some knoledge from GD.com would you be the same Pitbull owner! I know I wouldn't!, and I personally have a whole new respect for the breed now, and for others with the pride and blood and sweat and tears in to these dogs!

Iv'e done it on crack rock .cocaine, Pot, the whole nine yards but never this man, this is new and I want go into it some knows and the ones that don't need to know don't :o

Marty, look at it this way #1 you have the best damn forum out there as far as the wealth of knowlege that can be aquired from this site, (that is a great achievment all it's own) #2 you listed all these problems you have had in the past, but you know what, you over came them, THATS WHAT BEING GAME IS ALL ABOUT! Everyone has problems sh*t I hit rock bottom every other week, talk about a bad day I live a life like that, some chose to cur out and give up, others keep on pushing to suceed no matter what obstacle stands in their way. It's your site plain and simple, if your having issues with people BAN THEM if it's your mods FIRE THEM, the fact of the matter is, mods can be replaced and so can members. I kinda knew the pit was going to be a headache for you and the mods, and if it's the off topic threads that are causing this headache for you then get rid of them threads too, If you only want this site to discuss dogs then bro it's your site, get rid of anything on it not dog related. I know I didn't start out on the good side of you or your mods when I first joined but I changed my ways (Some may agrue that, but I read the rules many times while on my hiadus and adapted to fit into the standard you hold me and other members accountable for) #3 if you shut it down then I will actually have to work when I'm at work and that isn't cool with me.....lol. I have grown very attached to this bulldog communty that you have made possible! and last from me #4 if you shut it down then all of our enemies (ememies being HSUS, PETA or anyone who would want to see all of us who truly cherish the Real American Gamedog and our dogs perish) will win a very large battle in this BSL war going on! You once said to me do I even know why G-D is here and I tell you sir I do fully now and it would be a huge loss for all of us not just you.............Sorry I went on and on but I need this site and so do the majority of the people on here point blank! So please just concider it before you make any rash decisions.......

Every forum has it's fair share of arguments, and I've been on a few different types. The people who bring drama out of the original topic and into other threads are always the problem. Not everyone will get along online, that's for sure.

 

Ultimately it is your site Marty and with that it's yours to keep it up and running or shutting it down. I can only speak for myself but this place is awesome and full of great helpful information and some of the most brutally honest people I have met. And quite frankly I love it.
I like the fact that people don't BS around here and tell you exactly how it is, something that you don't normally see in todays society.
You don't have people dangling off each others nuts or lack thereof and in the short time I've been a member here I have learned a ton about some of the finest animals ever created and met some of the nicest folks around as well. I would hate for this site to be gone, it's too good to let fade away!

Boy and I can appreciate that..Your a master at your Trade and you believe in something we all do,BUT YOU made this site happen,YOU STOOD UP!! and created this GAMEDOG site..My hat is off too you brother,and I throw up a hand to you for being a game keeper to your dogs,and representing THE TRUE APBT..You might just be as great as they think you are,and I know they would do it for you if they could..Me Myself I'm an old lurker,just getting back into GAME dogs but I dont think I would have gotten the fever again if it wasnt for this REAL,RAW and BUTALLY HONEST website..I have read every word on it atleast 20 times and seen all the pics..And honestly if you have beaten all those demons,BROTHER YOU STOOD UP AGAIN,SPIT IN THEIR FACE,busted their heads and sent them on their way,LIKE ANY REAL MAN SHOULD DO..I cant see you being down long Brother,It always gets better for a better man..I dont know exactly what your situation is but I for one will shoot you some prayers in hopes that god blesses in ways he never has before.......................................Bad Company.....NE Tennessee..

Not sure what your dilema is MARTY...but if its $$$...every active member on here should donate a a couple dollars to you if they want to keep the site up so bad!

If its a personal deal....then handle you top priorities 1st and shut er down! You can open it back up when need be and send us all an email stating your back up and running!

Whatever it is, I hope you overcome it like you have in the past!
