One dumb criminal, and two mean pitbulls.

I'm in MI visiting my brother, nephew, and his girlfriend. They have two pitbulls. I use pitbulls because they are backyard bred. And do not have papers. So anyways we were gone and the dogs were at home running the house as normal. When we got back the dogs were sleeping on the couch. On their backs with legs straight in the air. Funny wish I had a camera. Then I noticed My brothers xbox 360 was gone. Someone broke in took the xbox. The dogs didn't do anything. But the dumba$$ person didn't take anything but that. They didn't even take the games for it. And the dogs were wagging their tails when we got home like did everything they were supposed to.

 

Well at least they didn't bite nobody:p...j/k
I hope im wrong, but maybe maybe it could of been someone that knows the dogs?????

 

they did exactly what there supposed to do....

if you want a guard dog buy a guard dog.....

 

that is exactly what I like hearing.

apbt are not supposed to be human agressive and are not guard dogs. those who are breeding them for that are not breeding to the standard.

they acted as they were bred to act to love every human they meet. pre 76 competitors had to handle the oponents dog. a stable dog who was friendly to strangers was required

 

Get a guard dog my friend. I can send you one for free and I assure you that no one will be able to enter your property. I breed them to guard my pits.

 

Your brother should have gotten a RE or Gotti pits I hear those are some great guard dogs........................lol

 

I put the post on here because I know thats how they are supposed to act. If they hadn't just picked up two more pups I would probably try and talk them into getting a guard dog. And we were thinking the person new the dogs. Cause they just walked in the house.

 

why are the 2 dogs left out together when the people are gone is the bigger ?

EDIT - forgot to add, I hate he lost his x-box, but that is too funny about the dogs. I despise a thief, but I'm glad they didn't bite anyone & I hope he didn't take his loss out on the dogs! After all it was his fault he didn't buy a breed meant for guarding. lol. As a side note he is lucky he still has his dogs! Most folks would have stolen them too!

 

Rallyracer raised an interesting question.If I left 2 dogs together in the house and left,I'd be afraid I might come home to a worse situation than a missing Xbox,which is bad enough by the way.Sorry about the Xbox,hope you find out who did it but you probaly won't.That's how these things go usually.

These dogs are what I call a watered down pitbull. Myself and the dogs I have could never be left alone. But these to have been around more dogs then you can shake a stick at. They just don't have the da. Why I say watered down. They are both the submissive type of dog. Both will roll over and submit to any dog. Whether one they know or a new dog. Or puppy for that matter. I have warned my brother over and over. But some people just don't listen. Like you said they have to find out for themselves.
