Then lemme do you a favor :D

HELLO LAW ENFORCEMENT TYPE PEOPLE WHO CAME HERE WITH THE INTENT TO SLAM FOLK, AND PEOPLE WHO CAME HERE LOOKING TO HATE ON OUR BREED! *cough coughdogsbite.org cough!*

The word "proven" is in no way shape or form limited to the APBT. It simply means an animal that has stepped up to the proverbial genetic plate and proven itself worthy to be bred. This can range from elephants used in conservation programs (who usually prove themselves in genetic diversity, willingness to work with handlers, and looks) to the humble show Koi, who proves himself with looks and show wins. One of the favorite ways for a dog to prove himself is 1 or more conformation titles, like these toy poodles: http://darlenstoypoodles.com/poodles.htm . Another way (and my personal favorite) is a dog that has proven itself through work, like these Australian Shepherds, some of which have excelled in herding trials: http://www.hartsaussiestockdogs.com/ . Please also note that they do in fact use the word "proven" on the site. Working German Shepherds must also prove themselves to be bred, as shown on the Kraftwerk K9 site, with many titled dogs, not to mention the winner of the 2007 AKC Working Dog Sport GSDCA National Championship Cup:http://www.kraftwerkk9.com/dogs_at_stud.php

So in short, law enforcement people and the many many many many MANY haters out there: If you're looking for something particularly incriminating.... you aren't finding it here. Good day!

Nice to know that we can all respect each others' right to our own opinions, particularly in light of all the problems we've had lately with people running their mouths and saying things publicly that are getting them in deep shit.
