IT IS YOU, ISN'T IT????? LOL

first of all, I did email the person and tell them how I felt about what they were doing and I got no response. you know when you're doing something wrong and someone points it out to you, alot of people don't take that too well. like YOU for instance!!! I don't care what kind of situation you are in, YOU DON'T AUCTION OFF PUPPIES!!! making sure they get a good home should be first, but maybe to YOU that doesn't matter. I never said I was helping the dogs, but hopefully by the time you finish being "defensive", you would have learned something from everyone here. if you're not on this site to learn and only to be entertain, then maybe you should leave and go join the yahoo game room.

so MATTHDR, what kind of condition are your dogs in?;)

did any one read the doozy of a contract they have??? here.....

The following are clauses in the Buyer/Seller contract that the Buyer and Seller will both sign upon distribution of the puppy.

    1. Seller certifies that Animal hass had best possible care, including 3-week de-worming, 6-week shot, and veterinary check, all of which have been documented and said documentation has been given to Buyer, and that Animal is free of all communicable diseases at the time of sale.
*Note: Entropion, Ectropion, Glandular hypertrophy (Cherry eye) and Demodex mange are considered common to the breed and Seller will not be held responsible for such illnesses.*

    2. Seller also promises that Animal has been registered with the American Pit Bull Registry, certifying that Animal is a full bred American Pit Bull Terrier, and that papers have been given to Buyer upon purchase.

    3. For ownership of Animal, Buyer agrees to pay Seller a fee of $____; ( of which a $_____ non-refundable deposit has been made.)
If Animal is to be shipped or delivered, Buyer also agrees to cover expenses in the amount of $_____ in addition to the cost of Animal.

    4. Expenses and fees are to be paid upon or before distribution of Animal.

    5. In the even of the sickness or even death of Animal after distribution, Seller will not be held liable, nor will a refund be given. It is the duty of the Seller to ensure the health of Animal before distribution and the duty of the Buyer to ensure health of Animal after distribution.
*Under no circumstance does Seller grant cash refunds or accept liability for medical expenses, veterinarian fees or any other expenses related to the care of Animal.*

    6. Seller retains the right to visit Animal of have a representative visit Animal to monitor Animal's well-being. If Animal at any time is found to be mistreated by reason of abuse of neglect, Seller has the right of immediate possession with no reimbursement. Should this clause need to be enforced, Buyer shall forfeit Animal's registration papers to Seller within seven (7) days of Seller taking possession.

    7. Buyer hereby agrees that if at any time Buyer cannot take proper care of Animal, he/she will contact Seller and Seller will have the first choice to either (a)take Animal back with no reimbursement or (b) assist Buyer in finding a suitable home for Animal.
*Buyer agrees to NEVER take Animal to a shelter or pound.*

    8. Buyer certifies, by signing this contract, that he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase; that Buyer will not resell Animal to a pet store, guard dog business, medical research facility, etc.

    9. Buyer agrees that he/she will pay all costs and attorney fees of any litigation arising from the sale of Animal, and that the sale is taking place within Alabama and shall be subject to Alabama law

is that sad or what???? it seems to me the seller is not responsible for anything....yep, good breeder here...

demodex is common with the breed? only when you have an irresponsible breeder, aka a byb, like this idiot we're talking about breeding to make money. Hey dude! Get a job!!!!!

also wanted to add, "since when?" None of these genetic defects are or should be common to this breed. This tells me a whole lot about the quality of the dogs your breeding. I hope for your dogs' sake that something will prevent you from continuing to breed. JMHO

Very well said. One of the reasons we had our dog fixed, we knew what her fathers bloodline was but weren't sure about the mother's. Second we didn't know what kind of home the pups would go to after they were sold.
