I use Ivermectin for heartworm prevention, but for the twice-yearly general worming I do, I use this stuff called D-worm. It was fairly cheap out of a catalog, like $8 for a bottle. I've also heard good things about Panacur, and may use that next time since its readily available here.

You can get Panacur and Ivermectin from feed stores. At least that's where we get ours. I got the D-worm out of a catalog. Can't remember which one. Might have been Omaha Vaccine Company, or it might've been Petedge.com.

I use the D-Worm also....you should be able to get it at the local feed store. In my part of the woods, you can get it at Atwoods and Southern Ag. If you have a Tractor Supply they should have it too.

  11. we use Ivermectin or Safe Guard. I found the Safe Gaurd for goats in a liquid form and easier to get right amount for dogs weight. Also you can just soak it on bread and feed it to the dogs.
