Trooper is home

Well my breeder had a family hardship (I think death in the family) and stated that he they had to leave the state. So I asked what about the puppies. He said that he was going to let his friend take care of them at his apartment…now the apartment is in the city so I asked him if I could go ahead and get mine he was hesitant but eventually gave in with my begging! Puppies are 6.5 weeks suppose to wait until 8 weeks. I was thinking about the pup getting use to potty in the house and I’ve never met this person so I didn’t want any bad habits formed. I like to think of myself as a good trainer.

So Trooper is home now he was a little shy yesterday but I put him out back let the kids meet him . He just walked around getting the feel of his land lol. When my son AJ 11 months old came out and started walking around the grass Trooper popped up and started to follow him I can see that being a strong bond in the making. I have to watch my daughter with him she likes to pick him up but she’s getting better she slept beside him last night. He didn’t cry at all last night but he did pee in the crate he was in there from 1030-0615 so I will take him about again at about 0230 just to break it up a little. He is very active today though tail up and wagging he romps for a while then he is sleeping again lol. I’m feeding Blue puppy and he is doing pretty good I wet it just a little with water even though breeder wasn't doing because i attempted dry kibble but he took 5 minutes to crunch it up as soon as i wet it and sat it back down the bowl was empty.... but he is eating and drinking good. No worms in his poop.

Have any clue how the pup is bred? And what part of NC you from?

What bloodlines?

 

Well the people that breed are the guys that going out of town. His friend/partner live in a damn high rise lol so i didn't picture the pup being able to go outside at all in Raleigh down town :cool:. But yeah we love him and well he loves my son right now he is the one he follows around lol

Here is the way he is bred mostly Redboy/Snooty with shots of cotton bullet and bolio in there

I bred a litter in an apartment. Dogs had their own giant closet and were kept extremely clean warm and healthy.

At 6.5 weeks just make sure you give him tons of time for the next week.

 

I like how he is bred hope you have success with him.

 

Needless to say that today Trooper was a lot more at home and willing to play. So much that he started attacking my toes in socks so i corrected him and kinda made a game of it.
