Other Dogs

Anybody here own anything past or present dogs that were not APBT's

 

We have a Dachshund/JRT mix that acts just like an APBT. But I've had all types of dogs such as BlkMouth Curs, Germ. Sheps., Aus. Shep, Black Lab, Rat Terrier, and quite a few mutts.

 

Well it isn't fair if I don't tell my dogs first... 3 German Shepherds, 1 Silky Terrier, 2 APBT, 1 Beagle, 1 Chihuahua, and 1 Viszla that was always hunting with my pops

 

Hell yeah, many mutts and German Shepards. And a random pure bred once in a while that might have hung around here or there at some of my houses and never left but other than that really just APBTs. Oh yeah and my little kids chihuahua that got stolen by none less than some mexicans that use to be my neighbors...Hmmm go figure.

I lived with a Dogo before I moved out of my parents' house. He'll be 9 years old in March. Before that we had a Pit/Akita mix. And years before that, we had a Rottie, GSD, mutts.

 

We've had all kinds, Dachsund, Boston Terrier, Dachshund/Boston Terrier mix (wonder how that happened), Australian Sheppard, Bassett Hound, Huskies, American Bulldog, English Bulldog, assortment of mutts. I guess that is about it.

 

Currently we have 4 APBT's, 1 Female Beagle and over the years we had labs,walker coon houns, am. bulldogs, a chow, 4 boston terriers and many other assorted mutts that have been good dogs.

 

the bulldogs ofcourse and 1 german shorthaired pointer, who thinks he is a bulldog :rolleyes:

 

My first dog which was really the family dog was a beagle/shepard mix named Daisy. She lived to the age of 17 years old...My First dog that was mine only was Cuddles. She is a lab/husky mix, and she is currently 14 years old. Both were shelter dogs. Both were/are amazing dogs...I also have Notch who is an Amstaff.

 

GSD's for 10 years and rottweilers for 15 years.

(APBT's on and off and inbetween since 86, but solely since 02)

 

I've had all kinds as well. Currently we have the little Chi, two Plotthounds, a little mixed terrier, and an old German Shepherd in addition to our bulldogs.

 

German shepherds, a lab, a Samoyed, and a variety of mutts have graced my home throughout the years.

 

Can you believe I had a peekapoo(sp) at one time LMAO

 

srry if I seem unknowlegeable... but what is a peekapoo...

 

A cross between a Pekingese(sp) and a poodle

This was when I was a kid mind you lol

Currently, we own an English Mastiff & a Doberman in addition to our APBTs.

My husband however did have a peke-a-poo as a child though, so you're not alone Marty!

 

I have owned a chow chow named kane a carin terrier named Justice. a sraight up mutt named Scooter.....

 

c'mon Marty we all know you have a little yorkie running around your house

 

Had a couple of labs and rat terriers (hated them all, lol). Now in addition to the bulldogs, we have; JRT/beagle mix, a mini schnauser, 2 pappillons, and a boxer.
