What Do You Feed Your Dogs?

I know that this topic comes up alot so I apologize in advance...LOL​

I just want to know what everyone is feeding and why? ​

I know that alot of people feed Eukanuba and Diamond products. ​

I'm not really a fan of either.​

I am really looking for a quality food ight now. ​

So please let everyone know what brand of food gets you hard earned ​

money.​

 

i feed canidae

 

I was feeding Canidae, now on Timberwolf

 

i fed bebe merricks. did real good on it.

 

i was feeding some cheap purina stuff until i learned better. I now feed kirklands lamb rice and vegtable. i can see a difference already, less gas, less poop, and more muscle tone. i've been hearing alot about the timber wolf, i might check in to that later.

 

i was feeding ol'roy until i did research on it and a 50lb bag of it lasted my 3 dogs 3 days(i feed in auto. feeders) and now i have switched to purina ONE and a 37.5 lb bag lasts my dogs 2 weeks and it has made a big difference in my dogs coats and it is leaning them out to muscle instead of slouchy fat and aparently it is actually cheaper in the long run and a whole lot healthier JMHO

 

Im currently feeding "Merrick: Wilderness Blend" but picked up some "Canidae: All life stages" yesterday and will be switching to that to see how she does on it.

 

i just started on natures variety raw, i have heard many good things about it!

 

I feed Kirklands lamb and vegetables.. its ingredient label is almost the same as Diamonds Naturals lamb and rice, no corn, no by products.. good feed in my opinion I've had good results. A buddy of mine just switched his german shepherd over from Ol' Roy to the Kirklands chicken and vegetable after a few months of my pestering him and he is getting good results from that as well.


lamb and vegetables is $20 for 40lb

chicken is $16 for 40lb

 

don't forget to tell them that it only cost like 18 dollars for a 40 lb bag. I looked all over and when it came to quality and my budget this was the best for me.

kirklands ? thats the cosco brand right ? i heard alot of good stuff about it im feeding jager eukanuba puppy kibbles but im going to try kirklands see how jager likes it

 

i feed mine Nutro lamb formula.

 

yeah its the cosco brand. the only draw back is that you have to pay cosco a 50 dollar annual fee.

 

i was feeding dimonad till my local co-op man told me about PRO PAC abot a dollar more but i can certanly see the differace in energy and the amout of poop i have topick up lol

 

I have fed Canidae for a couple years now and really like the results since the dogs have been on it. Here is a link for anybody to check out. It is very hard to beat the ingredient list for Canidae.

I like it mainly because it is a feed you can feed the whole yard, pups, adults and seniors. I have 3 dogs now 1 pup, 1 adult and 1 senior dog and they all do great on it.

I fed Eukanuba for about 12 years because I thought it was the best food out there. Then my Tant male developed a allergy to the ingredients in Eukanuba and after alot of research I started feeding the Canidae.

 

We feed Diamond, but pretty sure we are fixin to switch to Black Gold.

I used to feed black gold.. I fed it because my brother in law feeds his hunting hounds with it. I didn't care for it myself.. they ate alot more of it and crapped alot more then when I had them on diamonds. I didn't like the fact there wasn't any actual meat.. it was all beef pulp, and meals.. intead of an actual meat. So I switched back to Diamond Naturals then found Kirklands.. But to each his own, I know alot of folks that swear by Black Gold.. just my dogs didn't do well on it.
