Here's the deal. He's not even 20 years old. He's young & it's cool to have those kind of "pits" to parade around to get some respect from the homeboys & look cool in front of the enemy. Plus, it has kept him from becoming a man & going out & getting a real job. I mean, hey, who wants to actually have to do work to make a living when you could just line up dog to dog with the correct genitalia, get some pupies, & peddle them on every free ad site on the internet?

Grow up, fix your dogs, & get some ethics.

And as for your dogs being full bred "pit bulls", there is not such thing. And you love them RE dogs despite that Dave has even admitted (although it was pretty much preaching to the choir) that the dogs were outcrossed mixed breeds with hung papers. So again, there goes your "my dogs are APBTs" belief. And last but not least, I've seen an 800lb man that could move.....doesn't mean he was athletic.

    Here's the abbreviated version:

People LOVE the name "American Pit Bull Terrier" for the histroy behind it & the stigma of it today. People don't like what the true APBT looks like as it's too scrawny & little. Thus they make their own breed of dog, hang some papers, & slap it with the name "APBT" all for the sake of seflishness, ego, & money reasons.

That's exactly it. I've argued with so many people on other forums who tell me their RE and Gotti dogs look so much better than our "scrawny greyhound looking dogs" lmao! I had one guy tell me RE is considered the "best bloodline of all time!" You tell these folks their dogs are mutts, and they don't care! they say "well, at least they're not vicious monsters that want to kill every dog on the block". yet, they are the ones putting huge chains and spiked collars on them and parading them around to look mean and intimidating. There's just no reasoning with some of these people. I just ask them "but what can your dog do besides make puppies?" I had one guy tell me he was appalled by the look of my two blue girls....said I must be starving them to make them look like the "old school pits". He said my girls would be the laughing stock at a bully convention. A fact I told him I was very proud of, and that one of my blues already has a blue ribbon from and ADBA show. I told him to cut back his feed and get his dog off the couch and maybe it wouldn't look the way it does. But, it's like talking to a brick wall.........

Im no expert in the matter of birthing, but I know of a 30-35 lb apbt that had the puppies of a 130 lb+ mastiff. No complications, maybe she was lucky??

"They really remind me of the McCoy Dogs" Could you explain this statement? Thay remind you of the Mccoy dogs? How? There are no blue or blue brindle Mccoy dogs. Thay might remind you of the Mccoy/watchdog crossed dogs. True Bread Mccoy dogs are 100% Gamedog. Here is an example, this is my Female Belle Starr http://www.game-dog.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=6231

Top half is pure Mccoy bottom half Hemphill/Wilder Here is a link to her sire Aurora Sgt. Storm Mccoy http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/public/printPedigree.php?dog_id=107260 Notice how nether of these dogs are 115 pounds or blue .
Those aren't McCoy pit bulls anymore than Gotti is. Plus, someone f*cked with the McCoy line awhile ago and added in some other breed for size. It was known he did it, too. Big Game knows who I'm talking about.
that is a beautiful dog you have I had a female that had alot of rozmus mccoy in her She was aprox 65 lbs nowhere near the 115. If you know where I can purchase a tight bred Rozmus dog I would appreciare it. I really like that they are a little larger and athletic but they arent 115 lb, pigs.

At work we had to do a C-section on a 50pd ABPT that was bred to a 85pd male APBT. The 1st 2 pups got hung up in the canal and were born dead. When he brought her in that morning 1 was stuck in the canal. We were able to save 3.

The owner of the dog got a lecture from the Dr for breeding such a large male to his female.

So as far as no complications yes they can be lucky. But IMO to breed such a large male to a female. Is a C-section waiting to happen. And why would a so called responsible breeder but their dog in danger. Unless they plan on scheduling a C-section birth.
