    I used to have a copy that I bought years ago for $35. I leant it to a friend and he decided to cut it up so he could make t-shirts out of some of the pictures in the book. Oh well.....I guess I will probably never own another copy.

    The reason the book is so good and regarded many as The Book on the subject is due to the 40 years that my Dad put into learning, researching and collecting evidence for all that he wrote. There is precious little conjecture in the book due to his pure hard graft in researching the subject he loves. The book was never really intended to be a commercial project, just Mikes way of putting accurate information and clarifying the whole mystique that surrounds the early Staffordshire Bull Terrier and its current incarnations. It all started with the purchase of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Ben, he was our pet.
