first off i want to apologize for bring up old shit, but going through old posts to get hold of someone that i had talked to before i came across some 3 month old posts that i had not seen. once agian in the post Zinetti being called by a member on this board a crook,lier,and not to be trusted. Zinetti as done nothing but help me along with the dogs when nobody would answer my dumb rookie questions and i am tired of seeing his name drug through the mud. i gave him my password and told him where to find the posts and here in his own words is what he told me to write. it is written word for word as you will be able to tell

Beware of the man from Iowa, a.k.a. Misterdogman

Hello to all board members, my name is Zinetti and i am sure some of you heard for my name. i writte this letter personally and i asked my friend with nick "monsterVili" to post it here for me. The reason why i'm doing this is because i want to alarm you about pure fraud one man there in US want to pull through and i hope this letter will help somebody to save some hard earned money.

"Misterdogman" is the nickname that man use in american boards and forums, but i know him as Jason from Iowa. i never meet him personaly, we just had contact for short time through email two years a go. After that i didn't heard from him for quite some time,but i heard from some of my american friends that he is the man who claims lately on boards that he have my Vili breed dogs and trying to sell them overthere....the man created his own web-site claiming there that we are some kind of partners- "Vili dogs USA" LOL

Well, i really don't know what hapened to that man, why he trying to sell some dogs claiming that they are mine, what the hell is wrong with him or why he is doing that???- i don't know and i and i don't care! The man is a sick liar! Important is that nobody get screwed by him and me to clear my name from any actions did by that man.

Fact is : He don't have any of my Vili dogs or any other from me!! i never sold him or give him one, he never even pet one Vili dog with his hand or he ever saw one. i didn't ripped him off since i never asked any money from him for anything, or he ever offered any.
If that man try to sell you my dog, ask him to show you original certificate/pedigree of the dog he try to sell you- he can't show you since can't have any. My dogs are NOT "ADBA" registered, we have our "APBT Register" overhere and all my dogs are registered there, so he can't have any of those from me.

Only Four (4) of my Vili breed dogs are really in the States, 2 are with "monsterVili" and other 2 are in New Jersey....anybody else who claims othervise saying bull, including that Jason character.

I must of missed this the first time it was posted.

First of all, I have heard of this for quite some time, from Jason, and a few other people. I stayed out of it, as I dont much care about importing dogs, and it was none of my business. I will say, I've seen the multiple emails from Zinetti offering J dogs, and asking to be business partners with him, spanning over a long period of time. Further, ask Zinetti about that "Villi dogs USA" and tell him to come clean about about who is running it. That was a site HE created, for Jason, for him to help market these animals in the states. Jason doesnt have a password for this site, only Zinetti, and only Zinetti can take down the site he created! I've seen the correspondants between them with my own eyes as proof, stating such!

The bad blood started between these two when Jason interpreted almost every single chapter in your new book, so it could be published in fluent english, and marketed to the states. This book is now for sale on Ebay, as well as Mr. Zinetti's site. He backpeddled on his agreement to Jason for a few dogs, as well as a giving credit to Jason at the end of the book as was agreed. He flat out told me the reason he was so pissed is working 12+ hours a day until that book was completed, and what upset him the most is he got NOTHING. He cares more about the lack of a simple "Thank you to Jason for interpreting this book" then he does about you never sending the owed dogs.

I also have the rough copy of nearly all the chapters in his book, as sent to Jason, which he "Cleaned up" and sent back to him so they could be published. Jason didnt so much as receive a finished copy of the book he re-wrote! Maybe Mr. Zinetti cares to explain how someone without a copy of this book, received dozens of emails from Zinettis email address, with the rough copy of nearly every chapter. Maybe he was so elaborate he snuck over to Croatia, logged on your computer, and rewrote an entire book he doesnt even own, chapter by chapter, in poor English, and emailed them to himself, and then flew back and forth to Iowa and Croatia to correspond with his email address in Iowa for a long period of time? LOL! I dont much care what response Zinetti comes up with to cover his tracks, I've seen the proof, and have most of it copied onto my computer!

When this fiasco first went down, I had absolutely no intrest in it, and stayed out of it. Since then, I have become good friends with Jason. Even through our first meetings when he discussed the situation, I kept quiet, I didnt care and wasnt going to investigate. It wasnt until I asked him if the book was worth buying, that I got involved, at which time he told me he had every chapter he translated for you, as well as many pictures, some which made it into the book, some which didnt, on his harddrive I could view. I seen the proof with my own two eyes, I know for a fact its on at least two computers now. Everything Jason has said about the situation so far I have been able to prove, and I have no reason to doubt it thus far. You on the other hand, have been caught lieing multiple times in the short time I've been involved. There is much more I've been told coming from the mouth of a few other well-known Croatian dogmen, and it seems most everyone over there already KNOWS what type of person you are sir. With the internet, and us being able to correspond to folks thousands of miles away in real-time, your lies wont stay hidden much longer, and you will be known for what you are in the States, just as you are in Croatia.

Whats my stake in this whole deal? I dont like dishonest people, and I know Jason very well. He is no longer a member of this board to defend himself, I've only stated the truth as I interpretted it from words coming out of your mouth. I only state the facts, this is the reason I've left out many of the other things I've been told about you, because I havent bothered researching for myself any further. I've found what type of person you are already, I'll speak up for Jason, and everyone else can draw their own conclusions. You have a reputation at stake, dogs to sell, money to be made. I have absolutely nothing to gain by sticking my neck out on the line.

I have concrete proof to prove your lieing, do you have proof these things you claim are anything but false?

I talked to mister today in the chat on another board. He told me exactly what you just posted Rock. Thanks for letting everyone know the truth.

 

Jason is a good guy and good dogmen who said only what others confirmed in Croatia many old Croatian dogman said about Zinetti that he is in nice words:
HE IS NOT DOGMAN ANY MORE HE IS A BUSSINIS MAN WHIT ONE DRIVE AND THATS $$$.
I think That owner of this board with full respect to him should erease that post from monster villi becouse it harmed inocent man and friend of this forum who only try to help all of you people dont be screwed by fake people and paper hangers like mr Zinetti.

I will not remove MonsterVillis post, as he has the right to defend himself. I'm truely glad you havent found out you've been screwed yet, but he needs to know what has been done in the past, and what Zinetti will do again if he can get away with it. I hope you got a good dog, from what I understand of Zinettis breeding/selling practices, its probably not what your expecting. Zinetti was spreading word around previously that this "Monster" dog was a good one, from your own mouth a few months ago he hasnt been anything but a puppy up to this point, and you have no resources to see any diffrently. Why would everyone of heard of this puppy who has done nothing as of a few months ago when his name went around? I hope its not you bragging this boy up, but is instead his personal "spokesman" looking for more Americans to buy his dogs!

 

i first,,am guilty again of not reading ALL the posts before typing..i'm add,an the shit happens alot!lol anyway, i know zinetti and have dealt with him a few times in the past w/business . a few different transactions have taken place, and i have nothin to complain about at all with him. and would go so far as to say, i'd also feel comfortable talking dogs with him and asking advice. this being said, i also know "misterdogman", a little. i talked with him alot about a year ago on this board. or two years. he did tell me he had three ch's on his yard. and the blood, and all that kinda babble. he got banned from here for "misbehaving",,somethin to do with a certain link to male-leather-bondage(if i remember correct)-->and i wouldn't forget that shit!!lol anyway, we talked a few times after that, then ole boy up an vanishes around the time of catrina,,,then pops up awhile back. we haven't talked 'cept for one email since the return. anyways,,,i did just want to say that i've done business with zinetti(and i am now in the middle of doing a transaction with him again) and haven't been screwed with in the least little bit. just to throw that bone out there. the story is interesting,,did this "jason" disappear to re-write notes....dah-dah-daaaaaahmmmmmmm. who knows. my book is on th eway though. if he did write it,,maybe he threw in some of the humor he used to get in so much trouble for her on the board. i haen't talked to zinetti about the book, i just now found out the two were linked in that way,,or whatever.

 

oh yeah,,i know m-vili too. sorry. forgot to mention that. since ROCK brought it up,,,monster has started actin more like a bulldog. from what i hear. i hope he turns out to be a great dog.

first off i posted this thread awhile ago and quit checking it after i only saw two people post on it. only found it cause you pmed me about my dogs ped and i wanted to find more out about you and checked your profile and old post to see you are.to be honest you sound alot like misterdogman to me.
but i can't prove that over the net so what ever, any ways if Zinetti lied than he should have been smarter and told me not to post the letter i think he would known you had that kind of proof. Just like everyone else that backed you they know and Defend you. i did business with Zinetti and he had plenty chances to take advantage of me other than sale me a crap dog as you guys hope i got, we will see. he also helped me with simple shit so i will stick by him unless he F#*ks me, i just felt Zinetti should have his say just like you got yours. and let the other decided from themselves. If Zinetti was so money hungry he would have sold me Katana but he told me to find a proven dog in the states.
anyways like i said before i will let the dogs speak for themselves now as the proof is in the pudding and go from there. he is almost ready, alot can happen in a few months 14rock,

i just said i thought you were misterdogman and lets see you just joined, you word responses just like him in my opinion. and not sure but i think in the profile you guys have close to the same favorite bloodlines. not saying you are but looks fishy to me.
anyways if letting Zinetti tell his side of the story is wrong than damn i ain't in America. cause here we get we see both sides of storys and make are own conclusions. but i would also like to see the solid proof as mrsmickey351 as asked. if and only then will i offer a public apology and then call misterdogman and apologize over the phone.
but personaly i think both men are not telling the whole story and i have felt that way since i heard both sides. which i had heard before 14rocks post.
he said the MR........man wanted only a thank you in the book.
Mr.......man told me that his pups died and Zinetti owed him money for that but Zinetti said the pups came the same way that they came to me.
my pups came with a vet check and did just fine

Whatever is whatever and i will again repeat my self for the last time, to me the proof will be in my two dogs. but only my male will be that proof, he now as my Military career, showing that the Vili bloodline is not crap, and that his dad can produce all on his back. all odds are stacked agianst him as his owner is green as the grass on the other side of the mountian.
(if curious about the military career thing if he is stands on his turn i will enlist as been the plan since i got back in school)

MonsterVilli, I never once wished you had a bad dog, infact, I specifically said "I hope you got a good dog" the post of mine before you accusing me of putting down "Monster". All I said was Zinetti has flat out said he will not sell his good, pure, Villi stock, only crosses, dogs which failed his tests, or the offspring of dogs who failed the test. If you bought him as a puppy, well...
I really dont care what type of dog he turns out to be, I wish him the best. I've been told by someone who knows you that he has shown more then being a puppy since the last time we talked, and you truely mean well. I like Villi dogs from the little I've seen and heard of them, but I wont buy them from Zinetti, and I wont ship a dog overseas when I can get better here. The entire point of me even getting involved with this thread was to stick up for someone I know very well whose being slandered and not here to defend themselves, and give you the same warning Jason got when he started dealing with him....watch your ass, sooner or later you'll get f**ked.

MonsterVilli-pm me your email address and I'll send you what I have, and when I get Jasons permission I will release some of his personal convo's with Mr. Zinetti. Also, I did not say that Jason was mad because he didnt get his dogs, I said from what I can tell, that not getting so much as a thank you is what I think pisses him off the most. Also, I can tell you 100% Sgt Stubby is not Jason.
