new world record 6:47

i thought discussing current dog fighting on here was against the rules?

 

It is, and this thread has been edited pretty heavily, although most members cannot see that. This is not only historical, being a new world record, it also happened overseas where it was legal. Normally, this discussion would not be allowed to happen, but because of the details, I will allow it for now.

 

I disagree and agree with the responses to this thread. First I agree with the fact that these dogs show gameness by lasting as long as they did, but in my opinion are not entirely game. I don't judge game only by how long the dog is willing to fight for. I judge game by the situation and circumstance. What I mean by that is, none of us know the amount of damage that was done. I judge game if it has been hours into the fight and both dogs have suffered in the fight but one has suffered more than the other and is down. That dog that is down then comes back and defeats the other, which shows heart, dedication, strength, tough skin, and loyalty and that is exactly what I want in a dog. I also judge game by consistancy, meaning if that same dog has been consistant in all its matches even in loses. Now I know these dogs were tired, but were they injured badly, or were they just wrestling the whole time.


Over all I am impressed with the length of the match but I need a little more info if I would consider them fully game. Now if I was asked if I would breed them or have them on my yard. Hell yeah, because the combination with that aspect of game and a nice crunch, with wrestling ability makes a pretty good bull dog.

 

Man what the are you talking about? Even if they were were toothless and just "wrestling." That in itself is hard clucking work!!!

 

I never said it wasn't hard, Im just saying in my opinion it takes more to be considered game

 

Gameness means an undying will and drive to complete a task at hand. no matter what other properties you posses or don't those animals gave what they had. One other thing, even if they were the two most cottonmouth animals on this planet, they still should a true meaning of the word deep deep "GAME."

 

Yup! Anything that goes for hours and hours like that, is game... that's pretty much inarguable. Even if injuries were minor the whole time, that is some AMAZING stamina AND strength!

serbia pitmen are very good their job.they break record to record.last blkain record was a few months before that match.
captain atila (1w, 1d 3:20) vs turtle kennels gringo made match and gringo won in 5:10.
and they will do better than 6:47 with better selection, better crosses, better trainings vsvs and that is not very far.
ps:in all matches use cajun rules.

 

For some people maybe its hard to belive or hard to understand but better dedication to dogs and selection make better reslults than breeding by paper or pedigree.
Game on Blkan area is very hard and there is many good kennels and many greate dogs; selection is very hard and competition evan harder. Conditioning and selection is impoved so muck that is almost perfect.
And results are many this is just one in 1000 what you can find there.

So for somebody who doesnt belive best is to go there and see for himself.

I'm gonna be the fart in the elevator here. If game-dog was based out of another country this thread wouldn't irk me the way it does, but the fact is some really good and legit threads have been closed lately because the contents could too easily be misconstrued as pro-dog fighting. Meanwhile this thread has been going over a year. It just doesn't jive. JMHO. Perhaps the dogs in question are overseas but by supporting this thread we are all implicating ourselves and our animals. We can't talk about gameness but we can throw pom poms in the air for a new world record? I just don't get it.

this thread isnt implicating us or our animals, I dont think you posting on this thread is going to get your animals taken away or you in prison and if you dont agree with it why not just move on to another thread rather then trying to spoil what others maybe enjoying

This thread does not offend me. I know some of you are chomping at the bit to beat on a "petowner"-- but put that thing away you won't need it. This thread irks me because it doesn't make any sense to me why this can be discussed but gameness and certain conditioning can not. NOW if you can answer that by all means do. If you cannot, ignore my post.

And fine, perhaps no one is implicating themselves or their dogs by supporting this thread. Whatever you say. I'm inclined to disagree, which I do, and which I can.

I guess you'd only like to see people post who agree with everything everyone else said. "Wow that's exciting."

if the gameness discussions are being brought to a hault but we can still have threads like these, at least we have one of the subjects going, no need to ruin it. That was my point, one is better then none and mentioning 100% pet discussion had nothing to do with you being a pet owner or not, 100% pet board is not something I want to be a part of or want to happen to this site.

I wasnt getting personal with you about what you do or dont do with your dogs. I disagreed with your take and thats as far as it goes...take care
