you mean Bajda? He is a boy We train normal 5 or 6 days a week. Some flirtpole, Walking with drag, biking, Spring Pole. Not with keep, just what the day brings

 

sorry mate he looks in good shape. I know what you mean with just what the day brings..useally depends on the weather and how many beers ive had

 

I know the feeling, happens sometimes, but he looks fab as he is, it doesnt look like it'll be long till he's at his peak.
Would love to see him in peak condition, please keep us posted
