Why do some of the dogs have muzzles on?

 

could be due to time the picture was taken, as in more dogs in same area or even the laws for the area may require a muzzed to be on the dog in public....

Lol tug is bad news, a great dog in a little package, oxman and alabama can confirm that! But also a great dog to have around who loves his work.
