Question about razors edge bloodline

Actually, even if they have "show" Razor's Edge dogs, that doesnt mean there wasnt some other breed infused in there somewhere

The only "sad" part is the people who spent their hard earned money on dogs that were supposed to be purebred could very well have papers pulled because they believed in what they were being fed ...

 

I dont think you guys are getting it dave got his foundation dogs from some where ? he got them from akc amstaff breeders those were his early dogs so to say those dogs are mutts you are basically calling the bloolines and the breeders who gave him dogs mutt mixers or what ever you want to call it.

do some research he got knuckles from kimmar kennels i believe , some dogs he got from gaff kennels,york . knuckles is a dog many breeders had used ( with in the RE bloodline)

so just because it says RE on the dog makes it a mutt?!?

Well i read through this thing and i must say a few things...First i realize this is a game dog site and any line with the blue trait isnt exactly smiled upon..But i noticed someone said grapevine dogs were bred for the same stuff as razors edge...Thats just not true...Tom Sasselli owner of grapevine kennels bred his dogs as working dogs..He looked at his dogs...They are from the watchdog strain and Casey Couterier owner of Watchdog kennels bred his dogs for the catch pen...I personally have been using the Watchdog strain of dogs for years and all my dogs are Working dogs..Meaning they perform competitvly in the catch pen weight pull track and some could make the show ring..I realize the majority of these dogs wont go an hour in the box but the majority of the supposed game dogs of today wont either..Any way off the subject..lol I hear that there wanting to pull the dogs with razors edge in the first 3 gens

Hard to find good Ruffian blood,as most of it has deviated from the standard...Gamedogs are where you find em. What I fed and what your reffering to is likely to be different animals.....Anywho,Im familuar with the peds.

However it is hard to defend the charactor of any breeder that strictly breeds for show and purposely breeds away from the standard. IMO many of them repersent the poorest of examples of the breed.....knowingly breeding currs.

Only to attempt to evolve the APBT .......Yank those papers!

point being you guys dont give much respect to dogs of blue lineage...Just like now your giving smart remarks..Im not here to argue so i wont get into a big thing about it..But ill say this i attend several pulls and catch pens when its in legal terms and ill put my supposed mutts against anything in these competitions...No use in arguing cause its like fightin a lost cause

 

You use the term "majority" like you've been in the game from the old, gentlemen sporting days to the present. You have absolutely no clue as to what you are talking about when saying most of the supposed game dogs won't go an hour in the box. I would bet that those bluffs wouldn't last half of the hour mark with a hot puppy. Please watch what you say when referring to gamedogs because you're setting yourself up to get scratched into by more members. Stick with that Watchdog stuff and never again compare it to a game stock. Never.

I agree i hardly ever post cause no matter what i post about im gonna get slammed...lol I understand that as i pointed out in my post...Although someone said i dont know what im talkin about...Well son i been in the game a long time and for you to think i dont know what im talkin about is a bad mistake...Before i went the watchdog route i had a many a frsco dogs...Ill go as far as to say i am a close personal freind to the man who raised GR CH Shotsie,Ch Cujo,Ch Missy also known as hemenways black friday...And many more great dogs...You see i know more than your average internet big talker...I chose to leave the game dog scene because of big talkers and slow walkers..lmao Nothing i love more than an honest lil game dog....But now days like i said all u uasally see is a yard full of junk that people chain test for 5 minutes and now all the sudden there dead game..lmao I like coming to this board and reading the nutriton and other posts theres alot of great info on here...And i like lookin at some of those conditioned pics i see from time to time...But i stay in the shadows cause people dont like what i got...Lota talk about not goin the half hour mark with my bluffs...Well if your willing to put your dog up hill about 30 pounds for the half hour you aint a very smart dogman....But the thirty minutes would be there if you wanted it...lmao

you do realize that since UKC allows amstaffs to be registered as APBT they dont consider them mutts and they are not all blue.

I have never seen an RE dog that had actual APBT in it ( you can show me if you find one) they all came from amstaffs blood.

so in the begining dave got his dog from good amstaff breeders so to say his first dogs where mutts your calling good amstaff breeders mutt mixers.

So all UKC breeders even with pure apbt and AKc breeders are just flat out liars and they cant be trusted thanks for that tip. all of those breeders are breeding to there registry standard and not the ADBA standard. so again how are they breeding away from the standad?

yes all dogmen with game dogs are honest !!!!!!!!!!! and we should alll trust them go take a look in the bloodlines forum and look at the threads where game dog breeders are hanging papers and mixing in boxer! and dont forget to check out the one about someone stealing a persons kennel name. O and the one where the kennel was collecting money for Boudreaux. yes we should all just trust everyone one with a game dog.

please......... I think you have lived on this earth longer than me and should know that you can , and cant trust certain people has nothing to do with what they are breeding for.
