How is your Pit Bull a hero?

Some of you know I'm working on a new video because I've bugged you privately to use your pics. I've almost got enough to start putting the video together, but there's just one more thing I need help with.

I need short comments to throw in between the pictures or perhaps over them. I really can't use anything longer than 1 sentence because the video is only going to be about 6 minutes long. The question I need answered is: How is your Pit Bull a hero to you?

"My Pit Bull is a hero because he survived BSL."

"My Pit Bull is a hero because she's always there for me."

"My Pit Bull is a hero because he comforts autistic children."

In referance to when he protected me from that Great Pyreneese that was about to attack me till he stood between me and it.

 

You don't really have to be creative. Just try to think of those little ways that your dog enriches your life. What you said is good enough.

My 14 Pit Bull's are hero's because they keep me busy and my mind off of combat. They help me heal from years of fighting, loosing friends and comrads, to over come the visions of what my rifle has mowed down over the years, to calm my wild and angery spirit so filled with pain, to fill a void in my life no human ever has. My loyal and friendly companions. Who never judge me for what I did as my duty. Never am I alone in a dark house hidden from all that lives. They sit beside me quietly as I pray. They are my gift from God. With out them all around me would be dead and in decay.
